As a new company this does not seem like a big deal, but you need to add terms to that program. Eventually those points need to expire at some time. From a marketing perspective it gets people in before they expire. -- but then you need to have a record of the expiration as well and send out reminder emails about using them.

We get so many complaints about this. Many people do want the first available, but they want to SEE who that is. Or they will take anyone but "x". They have to go allllllll the way through the booking process to find out who it is. The worst thing you can do is waste someone's time. They are irritated just by booking when we get them. Please just add the names to the times. A little transparency would be nice. We have used 3 other systems and all first available appointments had the workers name listed, it is odd that it does not.

There are lots of ideas in here about loyalty. The system needs an upgrade to be used. It is confusing the way you have the math set up. It needs an expiration to create urgency. It also needs custom settings. I cannot use loyalty points AND packages as the discounts are too much combined. You should be able to assign points to purchases. I would for example, like to exclude packages as they are already discounted. It is frustrating that it is ALMOST there. I need points for birthdays and referrals. It should automatically email clients when points are accrued.
