A Check-in Buffer time before a service (that can be adjusted or made as an accommodation). Also using this feature as check-in time (would love to see exactly when they check-in, to see average wait times). They can relax in the lounge, use the restroom and destress before seeing their provider.
Similar to processing, transition or finishing time.
As a spa, even if we tell or text our clients to come 10 minutes before the service time — we will get late birds.
I.e) I have a couple of clients that run late. Instead of double booking and overlapping the schedule.
I would be able to book the time for them at 10am but set
Another example:
If we tell a new client to come and they need to fill out paperwork, their (hands on) appointment time really needs to start 15 mins later. But we need them at the check in time.
Hope that makes sense!
