Transition time should NOT be client facing
While the new ability for clients to reschedule their appointments from their confirmation emails is great, transition time SHOULD NOT be user facing. Clients should not have the ability to see how long it takes the service provider between appointments to clean up/turn over/take a break. For example: Our services are 1 hour MAX, our transition time is 20 min. On the client end, they see their service will take "1.33 hours" instead of "approximately 1 hour". This should be changed ASAP to avoid future confusion.

Agreed! We have had a couple complaints after a service where the client went back to look and see what the timing was and then emailed us saying that they didn't get enough time based on what was listed. I've had to refund services because of this.

Agreed! We have also had clients very disappointed because in their confirmation email it shows the appointment duration to be inclusive of the transition time, even though of course that is not the case. E.g. client books a 40 minute facial, but sees 50 minutes in their email confirmation, which leads to disappointment when their appointment is completed before that time.

It would be great if clients confirmation email stated that the appointment duration only includes the appointment duration. It currently includes the transition time which can make the client think that their service was supposed to be longer than it really is.
Event name
Minus 10 Facial
WhenSep 26, 10:00 AM–11:45 AM
The appointment is really only from 10am until 11am
We've had clients think that their treatment is for the full duration. They don't need to know our transition time.
Thanks
