Send an auto-response to client messages outside of business hours
When clients write in outside of business hours it would be nice to have them receive a message saying so.
84 votesNew "after-hours" auto-responses text clients back when they write in outside of your location's business hours.
Turn on after-hours texts in Manage Location > Client Notifications > Auto-responses.
New "away message / away status" lets you set a temporary "away" status in Messages, with a custom away message clients will get when they text in during your away period.
This is set up in the Messages tab. Staff must have the new "Away message" privilege in Manage Business > Privilege Groups to view or edit your Messages status.

Make it so "Time Blockers" Doesn't mess with online booking times
We constantly have to change appointments around after people booked them online because they go at times that don't optimize the schedule.

Would like to be able to attach forms to a membership or series (product instead of service). The workaround for this now is not ideal at all.

You can now create pre-written phrases for any staff member to use when texting clients. All of these requests have been released over the past year:
1. Charts can autopopulate a patient's name using connected fields
2. We have dropdown lists as an option in the form builder

Service vouchers not being applied to add-on services.
I offer memberships to my clients which include vouchers for a select amount of services. I also offer add-ons for those same services (but not included in the membership). The vouchers are supposed to be good for those specific services but NOT the add-ons. As of right now, when a client books the service with an add-on, the vouchers eliminate the price of the service AND the add-on which isn't what I to have happen as the client is supposed to pay for the price of the add-on.

Remove commission for product
Some products (like PACKAGES, Co-Pays, Botox) do not have commissions in our company - but they are landing on the commission report/product sales report and my staff is getting confused. It makes payroll more time consuming.

Boulevard's client notifications allow for customers to customize verbiage in automated sms confirmations and reminders, add links to outstanding forms, add link to appointment details, and include cancellation policy.

Weekly and monthly view of schedule in app
Team is struggling with the mobile view. Liked how on Vagaro they could see their whole week or monthly schedule on one screen vs. seeing only a day or three at a time.
