Your terrible messaging update no longer allows me to move the message box outside of the message window or open multiple boxes. i'm often messaging multiple people on the calendar page. it was so easy. guess what i cant do without opening two windows and clicking back and forth?

Suggested Services at checkout
Allow suggested services to be added by providers to be mentioned during checkout like products.

The receipts to patients must be changed.
The receipts are a daily issue for us. The patients call back all day wondering why they see so many charges but can't seem to easily navigate to what they paid. I think its the panic the feel and the confusion... This is in regards to the screen on the ipad showing the full amount which could be in the thousands but their actual discounted charge for a pkg or special.

one person wants to pay for two different peoples appointments without having to merge clients but pay for both on one transaction. instead have to pay for both separately??

Create an auto populate feature for charts and forms
Currently, if you were to print a chart/form.. it does not print the clients name or any of their information. In order to have this information included, it has to be manually entered. Create a feature that will auto populate information such as name, date of birth, date of service, etc.

Enable option to charge a specific client a deposit
Right now deposits can only be set up on a service provider basis. It'd be great if we could set some sort of accommodation in the client profile that requires them to put a deposit down for their services. This could help curb repeated no show or late clients.

All messaged through the contact center, go into the inbox
The ability to turn off the feature within the contact center that sends automated texts to the closed inbox. When a staff member is messaging a client and a reminder is sent, the whole message is closed automatically. It can be difficult to keep track of messages that were closed in mid conversation.

We offer an array of add-on options, including multiple haircut and treatment choices. To enhance our online booking experience and make it more client-friendly, we'd love to organize these add-ons into sub-categories. This way, instead of a lengthy list of options, clients can easily navigate and select their preferences. Example as follows:

Cross-Provider Add-Ons
The ability to select add-ons with different providers than the one performing the base service.
This is a crucial feature for departmentalized businesses and any others who want to cross-promote between departments or providers.
This will also allow for more appointment offerings during online booking.

Auto text responses for services
It'd be great if once the client received the reminder for their service via text they could reply with 'for which service' and they would get a text letting them know which service they booked for.

Have Appointment Ratings in Boulevard to sync with Google so it can help generate more business.
It seems silly to have appointment ratings that are only visible to us internally. It would make sense that these ratings are shared (sync to Google) which could potentially assist in creating more business with new clients.

Name and DOB autopopulate for forms
Make it possible to add first and last names to client forms and have them auto-populate from their profile so that the form has their name on it if it is printed out. Legally the form still needs to have their name on the form itself, it's not enough that the form lives in their profile.

Create Printable Travel Tickets for Stylists to Utilize
We would like to create tangible travel tickets for stylists to be able to assess their clients' info all on one page rather than having to go thru multiple digital menus via Boulevard app. Client info like: Previous Products Purchased, Previous appointments, previous services + amounts paid, today's appt info and an area where they can write notes or suggestions.

Custom Product Unit Pricing For Staff
We have senior injectors that have a slightly higher price for injecting than our standard services. It'd be great if custom product unit prices could be added on a staff level for a service so we could easily charge at an increased rate.

Generate commission off of vouchers added through the client profile
Sometimes we need to add a voucher on the fly for various reasons - these should generate commission like all other vouchers to ensure our staff is paid.

Show what practitioner a client saw in their appointment history
Under client history all you can see is what appointment they had, but it would be helpful if it also showed what provider they saw for their service without having to open up the whole appointment window.

Allow access in the BLVD check in application to access forms without checking in
It would be helpful to be able to access forms in the check-in app. When several guests check in under a group booking with one number we have to build out profiles and forms and have them fill out one by one. If they put their number in it creates a walkin appointment and you can't tie the walkin to the the already scheduled appointment. If we could go to their appointment and access forms there in the app that would speed along the check in process when there are multiple guests.

Give users the ability to log out remote sessions
Sometimes I forget to log out of my computer at work and this results in someone else using my profile. Our previous provider allowed us to remotely log out sessions so that it would force the user on that computer to then log in under their own profile. This is especially important with users with higher privilege levels than others.

Client data export
Right now you only get name and email for client export, what if I wanted to pull out the addresses of all my clients so I could analyze my business to see where most of my clients are coming from?
