Be able to see which staff members make changes to appointments.
If there's someone who reschedules the appointment or adds a note to the appointment, it would be good to see who made that change or added the note.

Be able to set a default view in the calendar according to individual preference
I would love to be able to set a default calendar view. It is very time consuming that whenever we refresh or log in the calendar view switches. It will just decide this time it is going to show 1 day, 1 team member and all the resources. For instance, I personally like to see a full week at a time so every time I go to the calendar, I have to toggle off all the resources and toggle on the staff and then choose the week view. Require Provider Selection at Checkout for Product
Please allow for us to require provider selection when selling product in the register. It's hard to remember to do this at checkout and we're having to manually adjust sales to properly award product commission.

Better control over preffered staff on appointment from the API
Right now, selecting an appointment time with a specific staff id from the API automatically sets the preferred staff on the appointment (heart icon). Right now there is no way to control with the API whether this is set or unset at the appointment level. At the very least, please provide a way to unset this "preferred staff" flag on an appointment from the API. Better even would be to allow to set this as a flag when we book an appointment so we don't have to unset it later.

Account Credit Expiration Period
We collect deposits for my PMU business, and it would be incredible if account credits from deposits had an adjustable expiration period that triggers when the subsequent appointment is canceled.
For example, someone pays a $50 deposit, and our cancellation policy is 48 hours. If they cancel within the 48 hours, in order to hold the client accountable, there would be a 30-day window where the $50 in credits have to be used before another $50 deposit is required to book a new appointment.
This would protect my artist as well as myself.

Change the female request tag
The female request tag should be a different color, preferably pink since its universally recognized as a "girl" color and would make it easier to read since we work in a fast paced environment and every second counts. We have to keep going into the service to read whether its male or female request when the color change would be read without having to even click on the appt.

Provider and Resource schedule independent of each other
Problem: Resource schedule mirrors provider schedule for a service. Patient is using a treatment chair during the entire duration, however provider can see other patients while the first patient is doing an IV treatment. Schedule allows other appointments to be booked for that treatment chair (resource) even though it's "busy".
Solution: When creating/editing service, have a box to select if resource is "busy" during processing time, even though the provider is not.2 votes -

STOP INCLUDING "TEXT NO PROMOS" IN THE TEXT BLASTS. It is not legally required to be there every time. I had a bunch of unsubscribes, even from our regular clients and text users! As they pressed stop they now are not getting texts at all from us. I should have the option to exclude this.

Product set orders
It would be great to be able to create essentially an "order set" when we have a typical group of products we sell as a package that we can edit. Like if I type in "pre-treatment kit" it automatically adds all the products contained in that kit to checkout. But the ability to edit once they're added is helpful in case, say, I swap out one cleanser for another.

Award referral credit based on number of clients, rather than orders
Currently, referral credit is awarded based on individual orders so if two clients are combined into one order, the referring client will only receive credit for one client. Clients should receive credit for all clients, regardless of if the new clients appointments were combined into one order.

Membership & Package Purchases to not Contribute to Loyalty Program
It would be great if, now that memberships & packages are not under the product category, they did not contribute to loyalty points earnings. The only setting options are services and products, and if membership charges contribute to these, it skews the program to the point that we cannot use it. We'd really like to incentivize our clients to purchase retail with the loyalty program but can't enable it with the current settings.

Membership changes like day of monthly renewal or changes to type of membership plan should be an edit option rather than having to cancel current membership and then resign patient up for new plan all over again.

Don't make me re-type phone number when saving new client in messages
If I type in a phone number to text in messages and I need to create a new profile from there, it shows all new fields as blank including phone number. Makes no sense to type a phone number to create a new client just to re-type it. Or if a new number texts us, I usually have to write the phone number down to be able to save all their info. Please don't make things this difficult as our time is precious as a receptionist.
