  1. I've noticed when you try to rebook a client from their service history, their service provider (stylist/colorist) disappears from the calendar. It would make the most sense that the client's stylist/colorist's schedule would be the only one to appear or at the very least remain visible on the calendar. When this happens, I'm then having to manually pull the stylist name and schedule up in order to book the client.

  5. The assigned emojis showing in the schedule view are handy, but it would be very helpful to have the new client star indication show as well. We have some forms that are only for new guests and it would be helpful to ensure they are properly assigned.

  6. Would love to do a Beauty Bank where clients can pay a monthly fee but be able to use that fee every month towards treatment (meaning should have a feature that allows this to be a credit) The only way to do this is to manually add the credit which is a pain and time consuming.

  7. I used to use booker and I loved it but I don't regret that I moved to Boulevard because it is mostly better than booker.

    There are two things that make running my business difficult.

    First, Boulevard is great for salons with a front desk team that can access a laptop or computer. However, for small businesses like mine that don’t have a receptionist, it can be challenging.   9. For clients "banking" Dysport, Botox, Fillers, etc should be done like other services and should be able to expire just like other packages and such. Don't have them show up as a dollar credit value and also when they banked so many units on multiple days over the course of the year show them as separate instead of combining them into one amount.

    If you keep them as credits it doesn't show the true amount on the ticket that is paid for and it shows full amount valued not the discounted amount they paid for which can mess up our…

  10. It would be nice to send an email to upcoming appointments with specific details for their appointment. For example, If i see I have 3 microneedling one day...I could upload my microneedling email and then send it to those three people to make sure they know some of the pretreatment instructions that clients forget frequently.

  12. Offers currently don't allow much wiggle room. For instance we'd like to offer $50 off gift cards of $250 or more, however when we input the $50 off it will take that off every gift card purchased regardless of the amount. There needs to be more rule ability for businesses to maximize the offers they have for clients.

  14. This would require a backend change most likely - but when scanning things in checkout, it would be extremely helpful if you could scan items in and immediately go to the next line without having to wait for the system to find the first item in the database.

    If a person hits enter to go to the next line at checkout, it could continue searching for the previous item in the background while allowing sequential entries. I've used web-based envision before and it would show small loading bars under previously entered items until it finds them, but wouldn't stop you…

  19. It would be so much easier to filter through members if there was a Member option under the " Add Filter" in the Client tab. This would help us quickly find all members and easily get their info for email blasts and other forms of communication.
