  1. Wish there was verbage on the email booking confirmations something along the lines "add to calendar" or make the appointment time and sevice a link to click. A lot of clients are unaware that theyt can create a calendar event.

  2. Forms should be sent in order to the client. In order from client intake form etc. Currently forms are out of order i.e. first from is HIPAA and 4th is intake form. Intake should be #1.

  5. TWO WAY INTERGRATION: I have spend countless time, deleting and re-adding brands, inventory counts off. Etc. One small change and the whole product duplicates down from shopify to BLVD.

    • Feed both ways, clients, ineventory, products.

    • Inventory count always off: If we sell in store the inventory in store sold on BLVD does not feed up to Shopify so then Shopifys inventory is off.

    • We should be able to feed clients up to shopify as well for marketing reasons and keeping clients in the know.

    • I am once again missing products I added in Shopify on BLVD. Im losing productivity, time,…

  6. can you make it so merge client feature still works with phone numbers that have parentheses and dashes so it's easy for all of us to copy and paste from their profiles without having to manually remove them for it to work?

  7. Having multiple inboxes, to categorize into different subjects would be extremely helpful. For example - Membership Inbox - here you can find messages that come from members or people interested in memberships. Having the ability to organize the messages would be great!

  8. I want to look at a client's voucher activity, which includes totals, on a given date. This is for the purposes of auditing a client's account to ensure correct application of vouchers. If there could be some sort of "Voucher History" with totals at the end of each date, that is greatly needed.

  11. The client history tab need big improvements! Most obvious are:

    1) Group same day appointments together so that we can easily see what was done the same day AND at what time without clicking to open the appointment.

    2) There should be a way to get to Appointment History or Order History without having to scroll. Some of our clients have hundreds of past appointments so getting to their order history is a pain. Perhaps just make orders a separate tab?

    3) Opening an appointment or order should not take you away from the client profile. We often have to…

  15. Group booking needs to be MUCH more clear for clients. It should not allow them to only book one appointment for themselves without adding guest info. I have run into the issue of clients thinking they booked multiple services for themselves and a friend because Blvd allows them to get all the way to checkout before asking for an additional appointment or requiring guest info.

    It also gives us no inclination that a client used the Group Booking tab so we can't check to see if they meant to put another guest! We are a day spa that offers multiple…

  17. We have a membership that requires an enrollment fee and also charges monthly. I know how to set up a membership for purchase online, however since there is no way to charge the enrollment fee with it we aren't able to see memberships online. We need an update to allow for an enrollment fee to be automatically charged ONCE so that we can sell memberships online.

Would love an option for "Service Buffer Timing" or something similar that does not reflect the additional time on the service time to the client and also does not allow that buffer time to be overbooked. Ex. client gets facial with tech1 and brows with tech2 and that buffer time isn't able to be booked for brow time, it would book brows after the buffer time.

We have VIP clients we manually add a % discount to all their services. we would like to be able to have a button that automatically adds the % discount to anything they book vs the current way where we have to manually add the discount to each service type and it saves for future appointments
