  1. Add savings folders. Allow owner to save a percentage of each sale. Example: taxes, paid vacation. Allow for transfers from accounts anytime.

  2. Group booking needs to be MUCH more clear for clients. It should not allow them to only book one appointment for themselves without adding guest info. I have run into the issue of clients thinking they booked multiple services for themselves and a friend because Blvd allows them to get all the way to checkout before asking for an additional appointment or requiring guest info.

    It also gives us no inclination that a client used the Group Booking tab so we can't check to see if they meant to put another guest! We are a day spa that offers multiple…

  4. We have a membership that requires an enrollment fee and also charges monthly. I know how to set up a membership for purchase online, however since there is no way to charge the enrollment fee with it we aren't able to see memberships online. We need an update to allow for an enrollment fee to be automatically charged ONCE so that we can sell memberships online.

Would love an option for "Service Buffer Timing" or something similar that does not reflect the additional time on the service time to the client and also does not allow that buffer time to be overbooked. Ex. client gets facial with tech1 and brows with tech2 and that buffer time isn't able to be booked for brow time, it would book brows after the buffer time.

We have VIP clients we manually add a % discount to all their services. we would like to be able to have a button that automatically adds the % discount to anything they book vs the current way where we have to manually add the discount to each service type and it saves for future appointments

  8. I would love to have a signature button that i can add to my notes. this would automatically sign my name (or whoever is logged in) and add a date and time stamp.

    right now, i need to manually draw my signature or type my name which takes alot of time.

  11. Provide an option for "offers" on gift cards to be activated only when a specific purchase amount is reached in order to receive a discount. For example, during the holiday season, we may offer a promotion where customers buy a $250 gift card for $200. However, online customers may use the discount code for gift cards that are worth less than the required amount.

  13. It would be very useful to send messages from clients as a text message to my phone. It is not useful that i can get a text that my client has 'arrived" but not a message that they are running late, want to cancel last minute or message me to reschedule. We are a small and busy clinic that does not sit in front of computer monitors watching for messages.

  17. Flawless Skin Center would like to be able to quickly see the total time of services being rescheduled in a single appointment. Currently, it lists out individual service times, and they have to calculate when rescheduling to ensure the whole appointment will fit in the new time slot.

  19. Say someone comes in and gets 10 units of Botox at $12/unit ($120) and the business charge is $8/per unit. The business should get $96 back before commission is paid out but if there is just a flat fee and it is not set per unit then they are only getting $8 back for 1 unit. and everyone gets a different amount of units so we can't just put a random number in the business service charge.

  20. I understand your can send reminders for forms prior to appointments. However, we've run into a situation where forms weren't completed before hand and the patient some how made it past our front desk without completing them. There should be a way to send these forms to a patient after their appointment. The only way to do that now is to send them PDFs of the forms which is very inconvenient.
