  2. Barefoot Bliss would like the ability to charge a membership transfer fee for clients that want to share a voucher or credit with someone else. They don't want the membership to be inherently sharable, but as a one-off, if a client wants to transfer a credit, they want to charge a fee to do so.

  7. Unless the staff member has the Location Manager privilege group enabled, staff members can't access the 'Hardware' section of the 'Manage' tab, making it difficult for them to troubleshoot Duo hardware issues without someone with an Admin or Location Manager privilege group present.

  10. In Med Spas, medical director sign off is not always required for patient charts. Currently required sign off can only be turned all the way on or all the way off. It would be great if Boulevard could implement features with the sign off that allows forms and charts to only require a specific % of required sign offs to better accommodate med spa customers.

  12. Setting conditions for offer codes.
    Example Spend X on X = X Discount
    150 or more on gift card = 10% off
    spend 100 on X product line = 15% off
    Spend 200 in Spa Category = $20 off
    We can do this in house but when making sales online, especially gift cards, we cannot have it apply to all gift cards. setting a condition would be helpful

  13. when reviewing online bookings, once the appt is checked it automatically marks it reviewed. Over the weekend we have an influx and then have to keep scrolling through them to find where we left off

  14. We have 2 service providers who offer full-body waxing. One is an Esthetician who works from 9am-2pm. The other is a Cosmetologist who works 11am-8pm. During the times they work, they provide different services (the Esthetician offers facials and the Cosmetologist offers nail services). However, their mutual offering of body waxing overlaps. I would like to have the Esthetician available to be scheduled for body waxing before 2pm and the Cosmetologist available to be scheduled for body waxing after 2pm. Is this something we can do?   15. I would like to add to this and maybe have a reminder pop up when they late cancel within a certain timeframe that we can set?

    If its legal - take a step further and either have the system automatically charge them or put the late cancel charge in their cart/profile to show as needing to be check out by the front desk some how?

  16. Currently, if a customer had an appointment and wants to pay by buying a package, they need to first buy the package and then the voucher has to be applied to the service (appointment). One can also add the package to the appointment at checkout but then the voucher cannot be used for that appointment.

    It would be useful to be able to have customer pay for their package at appointment checkout, and one voucher is automatically used for the service provided.

  17. I need a commission report to calculate the commission of a service that uses a product (Botox, Filler) based on the NET sale (i.e. I need the report to calculate the cost of using the product and then the NET sale and the commission based off of that)

  18. It would be helpful for offer to have the ability to set a rule that includes or excludes by brand and not just service or product. When we run a brand promo we have to go through every item in our inventory to select what can be included. It would save a significant amount of time to say all of X brand is included in this offer.

  19. I want to use Boulevard to the best of my ability. I personally feel like I could use it so much more and make my business more efficient. The help center is great, amazing, and better than most! But I want to talk to real users who may work around the parameters that we are given. I want to be enlightened and inspired to use more of the system. (Reports, inventory, goals, client retention) I just feel like I've only tapped into about 20% of what this app can really offer. Please help me use it more!!! :)
