  1. Once the Referral Program is activated, "Another client" ceases to exist as an option for Referral under a clients contact information. This may and has resulted in the inability to later manually edit / add another Client as a referring party when the Client who was referred pre exists as a client with completed appointments.

    We would like for "Another Client" To remain as an option even if the Referral Program is active.

  5. Void orders that are older than today. Sometimes I find an error in an order that was closed in the previous week or month and would like to be able to void the order and generate a new ticket to correct the error instead of having to issue a refund.

  6. Currently, Boulevard categorizes sales into Services and Products. It would be incredibly helpful if Products could be further divided into two categories for more precise reporting. For example, in an aesthetic practice, we sell physical products that clients take home, such as skincare and hair care items. We also sell in-office products, like injectables, that are used on the client during their visit. Having separate categories for these would improve tracking and reporting efficiency!

  7. we currently have to manually move account credit between two guests who want to pay seperately but booked together. there is no easy way to transfer their deposit and we must manually do it on our end, hit refresh multiple times and do a lot math

  12. I would love for it all to be in one place. I am not interested in a scale or things like that more so to know what we've ordered and used vs. not. Not sure how this can be done but would just love a way to keep color inventory and things like foils in one place instead of adding another service for me to keep track of:)

  18. We would love to have the ability in the checkout screen to add quantities to services. I.e. ( Extra Product charges are $XX per ounce used. If we used 3 additional ounces, that would be 3 extra product charges.). Currently we can't do that in the checkout screen. We have leave checkout, edit the appointment, and add it to the appointment, or we have to change the price however in our service report of services sold in a day, having thats numbers would help with product usage etc

  19. On the appointment book - have the "schedule hours for the day" have the option of darker scale. We are having issues of seeing when someone is in the salon due to the colors being to light for behind the appointments. Possibly offer a dark screen scale as option

  20. Please make a way that we can be alerted via the app that we have an unread text messages, so we can respond right away without having to log in. We are unable to respond in a timely fashion because we dont get an alert.
