Ability to allow a service to be booked with one resource or another, or to have a service that can be booked with both resources.
Example:
BBL+Moxi = BBL-Moxi Machine
BBL+ClearSilk = BBL-ClearSilk Machine
BBL+Moxi+ClearSilk = BBL-ClearSilk Machine + BBL-Moxi Machine
BBL = BBL-ClearSilk Machine or BBL-Moxi Machine
