  3. I saw that packages can now be applied as a credit which is great but the vouchers really need to be taking out the cost of services before the employee split.

    Also, we should be able to put a custom package together at checkout instead of having to pre-make every package. We customize packages for clients all the time. It could be like we pick which services we want them to have, have them pay and it puts a credit on their account for those services only, or a voucher for each service, but the voucher needs to take out…

  4. Void orders that are older than today. Sometimes I find an error in an order that was closed in the previous week or month and would like to be able to void the order and generate a new ticket to correct the error instead of having to issue a refund.

  6. Would like to be able to book multiple appointments from the booking window on different days to set up consistent plan of care. I am able to select 6 different sessions, but it will not let me finalize a booking that's not on the same day.

  7. Display a pop-up notification when a client books multiple appointments on the same day. We've had instances where clients schedule with different stylists on the same day, and we don’t realize it until it’s too late. Or at least have their scheduled appointments listed when creating an appointment on the schedule

  8. we currently have to manually move account credit between two guests who want to pay seperately but booked together. there is no easy way to transfer their deposit and we must manually do it on our end, hit refresh multiple times and do a lot math

  10. add a feature to allow prices to be set on the backend but hidden from clients during booking? Right now, we set prices to $0 to prevent price shopping, but this requires staff to manually enter the price at checkout. A solution where staff see the correct price while clients see a placeholder (e.g., “Pricing Provided at Appointment”) would save time, reduce errors, and discourage price-sensitive browsing.

  12. It is vital to be able to show the PURCHASE DATE on the gift card report!! If there is an expiration policy we must be able to locate old cards and notify client their card is about to expire!!! From the accounting side we must be able to pull a valuation report that shows age of gift and balance at a given date or point in time!!

  13. I would love for it all to be in one place. I am not interested in a scale or things like that more so to know what we've ordered and used vs. not. Not sure how this can be done but would just love a way to keep color inventory and things like foils in one place instead of adding another service for me to keep track of:)

    Example:
    BBL+Moxi = BBL-Moxi Machine
    BBL+ClearSilk = BBL-ClearSilk Machine
    BBL+Moxi+ClearSilk = BBL-ClearSilk Machine + BBL-Moxi Machine

  19. We would love to have the ability in the checkout screen to add quantities to services. I.e. ( Extra Product charges are $XX per ounce used. If we used 3 additional ounces, that would be 3 extra product charges.). Currently we can't do that in the checkout screen. We have leave checkout, edit the appointment, and add it to the appointment, or we have to change the price however in our service report of services sold in a day, having thats numbers would help with product usage etc

  20. On the appointment book - have the "schedule hours for the day" have the option of darker scale. We are having issues of seeing when someone is in the salon due to the colors being to light for behind the appointments. Possibly offer a dark screen scale as option
