  3. where you can put add on products WITH a service so you can still track the inventory but help everyone remember to offer to patients. also lets patients see more of what you have if you are looking to book online

    right now you can do it by making it an add on SERVICE but then you dont track inventory!

  10. We'd like the ability to create offer codes that are restricted to specific service providers/barbers, not just services or products. This would allow us to:
    • Create promotional codes that only work when booking with specific staff members (like new hires)
    • Run targeted marketing campaigns to drive bookings to particular providers
    • Offer introductory discounts for new team members without affecting other staff bookings
    Currently, offer codes can be restricted by services, audience, dates/times, and locations, but adding provider restrictions would give businesses much more targeted promotional control.

  11. the business owner should be able to choose the limits to sell for gift cards most med spas $500 is not even close to ideal. i would like our limit set at $10,000.00

  17. Currently we can only recur shifts by the week/biweekly/every 3/every 4 weeks. It would be really helpful if we could recur shifts by the placement in a month. For example: Employee only works the 2nd and 4th Tuesday. The current setup we would have to either manually add every shift or do every 4 weeks, however this would be messed up by months that have a 5th Tuesday.

  19. Please create an Appointment Report with actual patient names, service names, rather than patient ID and service ID. (Information without actual name is pretty much useless. )

    Aesthetic Record has this report called "Booking History" that shows all the bookings, rescheduling, and cancellation in one report, that was very useful for our operation. We don't miss their platform at all, but I think that something like that on Boulevard would be very, very helpful. Thank you for your consideration.

  20. The giftcard should go on the account of the patient that the giftcard is purchased for. Or at least need to be able to transfer the giftcard to the right persons account.
