  1. It would be helpful if the service could have the same number as the order number that it is attached to.

  2. Sometimes we want to create an offer that will allow us to deduct an amount from the total of services and it isn't a set combination of services. We would like to be able to apply the amount to 1 service instead of having that amount come off of all the services the guest is purchasing.

  9. The reports for merchant activity don't show everything on the download; No total after the summary. The old merchant summaries were easy to download and enter into my bookkeeping data.

  13. Our staff member has double booked on their schedule accidentally and we are wondering if there is a way to receive a pop-up alert notifying our staff that they already have an existing booking on their calendar for the requested time.

    Would help to prevent anyone from double booking on their own calendar!

  16. And/or automatically apply account credit to cover new deposits.

    We are planning to make all services have 50% deposits but I already forsee a landslide of requests for refunds and also people saying we "stole" money because we didnt know they cancelled to refund them the money.

    One elegant solution internally would be a refund button (the blue refund icon used currently) next to appointments with deposits in the recently cancelled appointments screen) So we can check that once a day and refund where necessary.

  20. Some service providers prefer not to provide services for specific clients, but they are welcome to book with others. If there was a block function, we would not have to manually change appointment times/dates on other schedules.
