Reopen closed orders
To be able to reopen a closed order in the case of an error. There is no way to fix an error except to issue a refund then to create a new appointment for the client. This throws off commission reports and clients history and purchase orders.

Agree to this 100%, please update this to be an option. The ONLY way I have found around this is to create the refund but as an account credit so has to not have to worry about credit card transactions for the client. It kind of just stayed internal.

Would like the option to assign or reaassign a closed order to a client if a product was sold to 'no client' without having to voie

Yes, mistakes happen and I've checked out a wrong guest and there is no way to reopen the appointment. Only refunding but the appointment is still there.
