    • "Reason" Field for Pay ins/out - "shows the breakdown for the petty cash expenses per the cash expenses column in the Register Closeout Report" to help enable our clients to process their monthly journals in QuickBooks for petty cash.

  4. Currently, if you redeem a voucher, it zeros out any added services, add ons and tips. We need to ability to have the system only zero out the service that is being redeemed. All other items should stay the true price.

  6. Sometimes when it gets really busy in the salon, stylists/receptionists might not realize when a client has made a last minute online booking for the same day until it is too late and perhaps the stylist didn't know they were coming in or it managed to slip by reception.

    Something that I think would be really helpful especially for busy times/days of the week, if a client books an appointment online for the same day, with-in the calendar that reception sees- make the appointment block vibrate or jostle around to let them know of a new same-day booking, and it…

  11. Example: $20 off of a $120 gift card). Boulevard's system - when a gift card is purchased online it is allowing that $20 off to be used on any amount. Ideally, we want to be able to target a specific amount.

Just like you can add custom additions to confirmations and receipts it would be a nice to have a text box to add to waitlist emails so that we can add a note that says if they are not contacted, that nothing was available and they should book again for a different day or try the waitlist again on a different day.

    A few people called annoyed they were never contacted. (Though it already says they'll get a call when an appointment is available, it just doesn't say what will happen if it isn't)

  16. When a client comes in to get a services redone/corrected by another stylist it would be nice to have the option to transfer a partial amount of the commission to the person who corrected it. I don't want to take someone's full commission for a simple fix like a toner.

  18. Clients have been requesting the following feature where you can select a service provider and their availability at each location FIRST vs. selecting a location and date first then finding the service provider's availability.

    Would like the option for interchangeability. We have clients who have favorite artists and want to book accordingly and we have clients who want first available, so we want for both options and formats for booking.
