  2. Allow for an account to be marked as a minor or child and link it to a parent's account. This would allow reminders to go the parents phone/email without having duplicate phone and email information in the database. If I have a parent phone number in for a child, text messages often show up as coming from the child not the parent. Super embarrassing to refer to them by their child's name.

  6. Memberships should live in the Memberships section of the Manage Business Tab and Manage Location so that there is information solely on products in the Products tab and memberships can be built and viewed in the Memberships tab.

  7. Because - one service charges a different rate per stylist or colorist... For example a womens haircut... we have 5 different rates depending on who is doing it. It would be confusing to the customer to put women's haircuts 5 times with a stylists name behind it. Most of our services are a different rate for per staff member as well all of our services. It would be so easy just to put out 10% service charge in and that is what it would be for all services and who ever does them.

  10. It took me months to realize how many people were on our waitlist. The system only shows current day, unless you x out of the day. I suggest to take out that entire option and just show the entire waitlist all at once.

  11. Make A button on the new product page to activate the Product so you don't have to go to Manage then search the product to activate it

    when you have to input a whole line it takes way longer then it should have to.

    Possibly under staff cancelled, another sub option; offer a one time use tokenized code to this client's account... use within 10 days, 20% off on services booked using this link.

  13. When adding a blowout through the normal way of booking it honors the price, but when going through add-on and adding the blowout that way it just has the base price, if there is a way to add on the that service but honor the stylist custom pricing!

Such as; this service can only occur within 3 weeks of other service, service can only be booked once a month, service can only be booked before certain time, service can only be booked alone, service can only be booked with another service, service can only be booked as a series. Forcing clients and staff alike to observe these restriction/conditions would be very useful for more complicated service procedures but keep businesses running much smoother

  17. Create the option for service providers to view other service providers schedules, but with the ability to select who they can and cannot see.

    I have certain service providers that need to be aware of certain resources/service providers that are on the schedule, but not the whole company. Both in the APP and Dashboard.

  19. Having the option to add a register closure report if one day was missed. Like if I missed the one on Tuesday and it gets closed on Wednesday. It would be nice to go back and add one for Tuesday. That way each day's totals are accounted for.

  20. The owners of our business as well as our studio director would like to receive email notifications when clients book an appointment or purchase a gift card or membership. This will allow us to provide them the level of client service/interaction we would like to, as well as provide an easy indicator of business levels.
