  1. We want to make offers like "15% off combo services" but the current offer system lets you add items to the offer inclusion but does not give you specific rule flexibility to say it must be at least a service from " this category AND that category"

    The programming behind adding more flexible logic to the offers shouldn't be difficult, it is just a matter of a few more logic gate parameters.

    We would have it be done at checkout but we had to do 100% deposits since we cannot do a specific booking deposit amount for an appt. So…

  5. It would be helpful to have check-in and check-out alerts, similar to the booking alerts. These are very helpful to assist us if the Client wants the following: Warmer Pod, Music Throughout, Music at the End Only, Their own Music, etc...

  8. So that future appts don't have a deposit. This is confusing to the staff and client. It should be that the deposit (and only that portion) for a particular service is FORCED to be used for the particular service that created it. Lapsed appts with deposits should have option of automatic redemption of it.

    For example if a service is $10 and deposit is 50% but client has 4 repeating appointments of it. Checkout of 1st appt will show ACCT BAL of $20, client will pay, staff will use ACCT BAL and potentially even tip from the balance... Expected behavior…

  9. We require a form of payment to hold an appointment and we charge that payment if that violate our cancelation policy. Gift cards are a form of payment. Many people do not like to give us credit card number when they have a GC

  11. When entering a number, the system should recognize the card type. Not everyone knows when to get a 4 digit CVC for Amex's for instance and if it was shown, they would for manual entry for deposits.

  15. There is a group appointment scheduled, everyone to start at 1:00 pm as an example. 3 customers - all getting regular manicures. They also have 5 minute transition times built in. When I go into the appointment to cancel the transition times, the software automatically changes everyone's service time to the following: Person1 - regular manicure at 1:00 pm; Person2 - regular manicure at 1:30 pm; Person3 - regular manicure at 2:00 pm.
