One of the best features AR had was this seamless integration—it eliminated the need for two separate transactions. This is especially helpful when a client is receiving multiple services, as it avoids running their card twice and saves time by consolidating everything into a single, streamlined transaction.

  8. Once the Referral Program is activated, "Another client" ceases to exist as an option for Referral under a clients contact information. This may and has resulted in the inability to later manually edit / add another Client as a referring party when the Client who was referred pre exists as a client with completed appointments.

    We would like for "Another Client" To remain as an option even if the Referral Program is active.

  13. I saw that packages can now be applied as a credit which is great but the vouchers really need to be taking out the cost of services before the employee split.

    Also, we should be able to put a custom package together at checkout instead of having to pre-make every package. We customize packages for clients all the time. It could be like we pick which services we want them to have, have them pay and it puts a credit on their account for those services only, or a voucher for each service, but the voucher needs to take out…

  14. Void orders that are older than today. Sometimes I find an error in an order that was closed in the previous week or month and would like to be able to void the order and generate a new ticket to correct the error instead of having to issue a refund.

We've had instances where clients schedule with different stylists on the same day, and we don’t realize it until it’s too late. Or at least have their scheduled appointments listed when creating an appointment on the schedule

  20. add a feature to allow prices to be set on the backend but hidden from clients during booking? Right now, we set prices to $0 to prevent price shopping, but this requires staff to manually enter the price at checkout. A solution where staff see the correct price while clients see a placeholder (e.g., “Pricing Provided at Appointment”) would save time, reduce errors, and discourage price-sensitive browsing.
