  1. Add a table or chart option for charts so I can see what i did every time i pelleted a patient or what dose of GLP1 was given each month vs having to look back at every note for this information. Easier to navigate note.

  2. Our state doesn't tax sales over $500. So being able to manually turn off tax for certain services in one clients checkout would be amazing! I have to finagle the amounts every time which takes up a lot of time.

  3. Allowing admin or really any staff to see inside of an appointment if service times have been edited at all. For example, If someone edits the customized service time for a provider to less time.

  5. We should have an internal change log to show who and when service details have been updated. Sometimes our service details revert and change and our team is unable to tell who's updated what and when.

  8. Enable business usage as a payment type so that we can 1) pull product from inventory, and 2) calculate sales tax owed on products used. This would be applicable for supplements, back bar skincare items, etc. so that use tax can be calculated automatically without inflating sales numbers.

  10. This advanced integration would carry membership status from BLVD to a client's online experience on Shopify. And, any sales a client makes online through Shopify should be reflected in BLVD, including peptides and other products.

  13. When pulling up client formulas via app or desktop - having the newest added formula first would be more efficient. Also, adding the actual date added to them rather than just the (I.e. 1 month ago, 3 month ago). Helps keep things organized

  14. When creating/editing intake forms, it should also allow for service modifiers to be selected. When a modifier(s) is selected, the intake form will be sent to those clients. This is currently not doable

  17. It would be amazing to be able to email or text a link to customers who call on the phone to make an appointment to secure their spot (less chances of cancellation) in addition, this would be nice for house calls as sometimes we service clients at home as part of our mobile services. Thank you

  18. I HATE the auto confirmation and reminder messages and I want to be able to edit them fully. I hate that you guys charge so much for text messages, even when it doesn't cost you anything. I hate that it's 5 segments for one reminder text. So that's my feedback

  20. when a guest books online it should ask for phone number or email and it will show if that guest already has an existing profile, so as not to create multiple accounts in database. there for saving all info and confusion
