Voucher redemption notification when redeemed at other location
A better way of knowing when a voucher is redeemed at a different location than where it was purchased. Maybe a notification when at checkout when going to redeem.

Allow manual control over the timing of text alerts sent to therapists that they have just been booked to provide a service.
Let the reservationist control when an email alert is sent to a therapist stating that they have just been booked to provide a service. This will allow reservationists time to move appointments around on the schedule and perform other adjustments before alerting the therapist regarding final arrangements.
Currently, booking alerts are uncontrollable and precipitous. Therapists often receive booking alerts before the reservation has been finalized, so if the expected appointment does not show up on their schedule after all, or in the way the alert told them it would, therapists become confused.2 votes -
Instant Direct Booking Link via SMS
Booking link sent via text for clients who wish to book over the phone but do not want to give credit card information over the phone or "book online". Link gets sent to phone and they must add credit card info and accept the terms and policies within a specific timeframe to complete the booking, saving time and effort for the front desk. When the front desk gets busy checking out a client and there's calls on hold to book. This is efficient and keeps both parties happy!

Ability to bulk add and remove tags
Example from a current issue: we have a group booking tag/emoji and it is supposed to only be added to appointments (not profiles) but it is currently on 185 client profiles. We want to remove this but we can't really spare the time to manually remove it form that many profiles, especially due to the fact that it could continue to happen and we would need to do all the work again.
This actually applies to multiple appointment level tags so there are even more than that 185 that are effected.

More Customization in Gift Card Website Message
In the custom message via the online gift card settings, it would be great to be able to customize text, like add line breaks, bold, italicize parts of the message to make messaging clearer to clients when needed.
For example: when running a gift card promotion with several discount tiers, being able to display those amounts and corresponding offers nicely in the custom message area.4 votes -

make address a mandatory field when registering for new guests
Perhaps make it an option in case some businesses don't want it, but we are constantly chasing ppl for their addresses. It's hard to remember at check in check out. Our old booking system had a flag/alert to remind you to get address when checking out so that was at least helpful. We send New Guest cards and Holiday cards out and none of our new guests have addresses on file :-(

Prepaid tips on Voucher sales
I sell a lot of vouchers and customers like to add the tip at the time of voucher purchase so they don't have to do anything when they redeem. If I don't get a prepaid tip, most often my providers don't get a tip on these voucher redemptions. I have to track this in google sheets now....

Ability to opt out of cancellation fee
We don't use Blvd's built-in cancellation fee for a few different reasons, one is because it charges service tax even though a service obviously wasn't performed or received. I wish we had the option to disable that cancellation fee in our dashboard since we are not using it at all, that way there is a zero chance that our employees will process it incorrectly.

Ability to populate and print Appointment Tickets for ENTIRE day instead of having to click into each individual client for the ticket.
We need tickets for each client on each provider. Currently, one has to click to edit the appointment for each individual client, then select to print that Appointment Ticket in that window. This takes like an hour to print this way. We need a way to print Appointment Tickets for an entire day for all clients.

Location level product info AT BRAND LEVEL
When looking at products at the brand level, you should be able to see a list of which shops a product is active at. If a product isn't sold at all shops and you want to confirm which ones it is enabled at, right now you have to literally go through each location one by one and search for the product at each one to see if it is enabled or not. This is not sustainable or scalable for us at all.
