Including; business charge for cancellation fee, set time limit for when appt can no longer be cancelled without fee, for clients that have been charged cancellation fee before auto increase their cancellation fee with notice for future appts, option to divert controlled portion of cancellation fee to account credit.

  5. On client's check out ticket, can you change "Charge" at the bottom to whatever the payment actually is, because it is confusing when a client pays cash and it prompts "charge!"

  9. All of our resources are available for all of our open hours. It would be great to be able to schedule these all as a group or copy and paste between resources so I don't have to manually set up schedules for all of the resources one after another.

  10. When looking back at past appointments when we click on the appointment and on view order and then the receipt/ ticket shows up but then when we go back it goes to the current day. Would be nice to have it stay on the past day we have chosen .

  12. When editing an appointment from the "edit appointment" screen, there is no requirement to pick a resource for a service, even if a resource is marked as required for the service. It would be nice to have something like the warning that comes up when a staff member can't perform a service to remind us to pick a resource.

  13. When a client adds themselves to the waitlist, the message says that their card will be charged. This is not true it just asks for a credit card to hold the appointment. We have a lot of very confused clients regarding this message who think they are due a refund.

  16. The confirmation text should include the service you are scheduled for. We have had people that don't realize what their appointment is when they confirm and then they are angry, or they leave without receiving the service due to their available time. (if they thought it was a 45 minute haircut but it is actually a 90 minute massage, etc...)

  19. I would love to have an invoicing feature on Boulevard, where we can send an invoice to a client through email, and the client would be able to make a payment securely through Boulevard.

  20. We have LED as an add-on to our facial services and it would be very beneficial to have that linked to where it blocks the resource column so that we do not overbook that resource.
