  10. Sometimes I have to go back and edit closed sales so that employees can get their commision. It would be much easier to do this if I could just open a sale and then hit a "next" button rather than having to enter and exit sales and lose my place.

  12. A log of every message sent and every action made on the client's appointments so we can investigate errors by looking at a detailed history on the account. Unless I am mistaken, there is nowhere to trace amendments made to appointments throughout the life of the record. In addition, a Contact Log entry should appear automatically every time a message is sent to the customer for whatever reason, including automatic reminder emails so that we can see for certain when anything was sent. For instance, if a message fails for any reason, we have no way of knowing.

  17. On the clients profile there should be a way to initiate a balance due. Maybe balance due can be inserted as a negative number under "account credit".

    Or maybe there can be an option to add no show fee upon checkout.

    Right now there is absolutely no option for additional fees that aren't taxed or counted as an inventory item.

  19. We moved from Square to BLVD, and one feature that I miss is that as a salon owner, I would receive text and/or email notifications each time my staff had a new appointment scheduled or cancelled.

    It would come through as:

    "Owner's Copy: Makenzie has a new appointement with Andrea Johnson for a Lash Extension Full Set"

    It was nice because I could gauge what the new appointment flow was... without having to manually log in and view the new alerts.

  20. There have been several recent events where there is a known issue with Boulevard that isn't bad enough to warrant a status page update, so it isn't communicated to users. Latest is errors in confirmation emails allowing people to confirm appointments before they should be able to. It would be nice to know that this is a known issue before reaching out to Boulevard support. Either a part of the status page or an email list we can subscribe to for these smaller known issues would be good to have so we are aware.
