  3. There's no way for stylists to receive these messages without checking their emails or viewing the web app. If there's not a notification for this we'd rather have this feature removed so clients aren't assuming we've received the message

  4. We're new to online booking and would like to have the option to have an email or text/push notifications sent to one designated email or phone/staff so we can monitor bookings coming in. Clients don't always know what services they need, especially with color treatments

  8. When we create a promo code, we want the option to auto-apply this code when this client books online with us. For example, if we create a 20% off promo code for a specified service or with a specified service provider to run a promotion for new staff or new service, this code would be auto-applied when that client uses it in the booking widget. Only the staff + services we select will display on the booking widget.

  9. For a lash studio, new clients need a full consultation and we don't want them to be able to book other services until after that appointment. Need to be able to have a separate booking link for return clients where they can see full services that would be hidden to new clients/anyone that hasn't been to the location before

  10. If a client checks out and then comes back for a suggested product, it the feature should allow you to open a new sale, enter the client's name, and the product suggested product populate without having to search their profile.

  11. Guests need to have forms filled out before their appointment and having this automatically required in order to complete/schedule their appointment, will help streamline the front desk and check-in clients quickly.

  15. The tip should be viewable or logged so when checking them out it doesn't make the platform seem iffy to clients who are having to repeat their tip choice. Example, books with Jeff and tips $10. Appt has to be moved for some reason over to Paul. Then at checkout, client assumes everything is squared away, but we have to reinitiate whole checkout process as if Blvd didn't record any information during their self booking process. Would be nice if it showed that $10 tip to a different staff and then asked if we'd like to adjust it to the…

  16. In some cases a question is only required based off the answer of a previous question. Would need that when a client chooses "Yes" the next question is required, but if they select "No" the next question can be skipped.

    This is common with "If yes, please explain" or "If yes, on what date?"
