Manual Send of Forms
Hey folks! Thank you for your feedback, always!
As of today, all Boulevard businesses can manually send forms to clients, on demand. Whether you're adding a new form to an appointment on the fly or simply reminding clients of their outstanding forms, you can send a new form reminder from the edit appointment screen on both your dashboard and the Professional app. This will send a new message to the top of the client's inbox with a link to all forms assigned for easy completion. Yes, this is so important! People are adding services last minute and we aren't able to have them fill out a form!

Ive had the issue multiple times where the link containing the forms in the confirmation emails does not work. No matter what I do on my end my clients are struggling to fill out some forms. Being able to manually send a client a form through email ( or even trough a link) would erase this issue all together.

Possibly create a way for us to either do a manual re-send for reminders/confirmations OR a way to resend a direct link to fill out our forms? For example if a client accidentally deleted the email or can't find it or if the forms somehow weren't attached automatically

In our other system we were able to create a form & the form would have a link that you could share with guests to fill out. For example we created a post visit survey form that we'd send out to get feedback from new clients & on new service providers. we can create a form but there no option to send out the form post service.

Right now, forms are only sent to a client if we have it set to send for every new appt made, or it can only be set to fill out once. At our spa we require updates forms every 90 days, and our practitioners update client notes to stay on track.
I would love to be able to add a form to the clients appointment, and be able to send that link directly to them to fill out via email. We know we can add it and have them fill it out in person, but that takes up time, and our clients prefer to get this done before coming in. -

Being able to send a client form without them having to book a service would be very beneficial to our business as our clients sometimes need to see our contract prior to booking.

It would be nice to be able to send forms out to clients to fill out without having to resend the confirmation email.

We require a new massage information form if a client hasn't been in for more than a year. I cannot find a mechanism to require this form to be emailed to them again. If I add it to the appointment it just wants me to complete it rather than sending it to them.
I don't want to delete the old form so I have a historical record of what they have completed. Can we have a method of attaching a form to an appointment so they can be sent to them with the confirmations?

I would like to be able to send a client a link to a form created in boulevard.

We need to be able to resend forms out to clients that may have previously already filled it out, but information needs to be updated. Currently there is no way to download a fillable form or a way to manually send the forms to our clients.
