  1. Allow for privilege settings to carry over to staff app. Limit the ability for service providers to change price/duration settings for services, modify appointments, and edit client details, as necessary.

  2. The option for blvd to automatically (or after manual authorization) message clients who have lapsed their appointment by a variable time (5min/10min/15min, etc) something along the lines:

    Sigourney Hufflepuff, it looks like you are going to miss your 4pm service at Abundant Salon. Please call the salon at 8675309 in order to reschedule your appt, or click blvd.link/193nf33 in order to reschedule. Please also note the salon may have a no-show or cancellation policy that your original appt may be subject to.

    It would be most useful and impressive if from the link the client could reschedule the appt themselves,…

  6. Clients need confirmation of their appointment details, particularly if booked within the 48 hour timeframe when they do not receive a reminder. Right now, Professional app does not send the booking details email if the appointment is booked through the Professional app.

For shared memberships, we need to present better visibility into the sharing member's actions in terms of which original member's vouchers were used, either on the order, within their client profile, or on voucher redemption reporting. Right now, when a shared member using a voucher, there is no further indication following the transaction as to where that voucher was redeemed.

  10. We offer packages for 50 or more wash & blowout services and currently to do so we had to add 30 vouchers of the service and then 20 vouchers of the service. Would prefer to not have a limit and just add all at once

  16. Jean Paul is requesting a setting that automatically unchecks or checks the "email receipt" on transactions. In their option, Would like to turn it off if a gift card is a surprise, etc. It's too risky for someone to forget to deselect it

  19. When a client leaves a 4-5 star rating, we want to be alerted that the link to leave a review on Yelp, Google or Facebook has been clicked so we can see if that client has left a positive review there.

    Ideally, we would be able to see the preview or be linked to their review on these social sites.

  20. Specials, promotions, voucher services sometimes do not need pricing to be showed externally since they make no sense to the clients anyway. Should be a way to make it so that these services can only be paid for using vouchers and not case equivalents or other payment methods.
