Yes! We have tiered memberships which show up in alphabetical order, when we would like them to be shown from lowest to highest tier.

Problem: Light Therapy add-on is automatically tagged onto the end of a facial appointment when it would actually be used during the mask part of the facial. So it doesn't actually add time to the appointment. This is an issue for resource scheduling, as currently it just shows the resource as being booked at, for example, 9:30a-9:30a when in reality it would be used from 9a-9:20a. This can cause accidental overlaps when done by clients in the self-booking overlay.
Solution: Have an option to pick what time slot during the appointment that a particular add-on would take place. For example, during processing time or after 30 minutes.

We would like to have the option to toggle which employees can receive tips and which ones can't. Our med spa location would like to allow our Aesthetician to receive tips, but our RNs ethically should not be given tips. As of right now, we can only turn it on or off.

Currently for memberships and packages, we have the option for account credits as a perk. I would love to have the option to put product units in as a perk. For example, a Neurotoxin membership could have product units as a perk instead of account credits that could accidentally be used for other services.

Currently vouchers can only be redeemed for services. It would be great if we could redeem vouchers for products also.

Our practice offers Cherry and we've been able to use it with Boulevard. You just have to go to Manage Location -> Details -> Gift Cards & Account Credit -> Custom Payment Types. We've just added the payment type Cherry. This essentially marks the client as paid through another method of payment. We mark this after checking out the client through Cherry's website. I haven't used the other Buy Now Pay Later services but I assume they are similar in that you check out the client through a separate portal. Hope this helps!
