Our practice heavily cross-markets services between providers. We would like the ability for the client to self-book a single appointment on the front end, and having that appointment be appropriately assigned to the individual providers on the back end. For example, we are creating a special for a facial plus tox. However, the client does not have the ability to self-book this special on their own. They have to call us for the front desk to set up a multi-provider single appointment.

Agreed - we're currently using Podium for SMS and email drip campaigns. It's a bit of a pain to transfer contacts, and would love to decrease the platforms we utilize.
