An error occurred while saving the comment 8. susan cassano commentedIt is imperative that, as a business owner and administrator, that I know what is on my office schedule. The administrators need to be notified by email or text or both when changes occur to the office schedule no matter who the appointment is with, and no matter what change has occurred.

The system should alert the front desk when an appointment is being double booked. In fact, it should not allow this at all. Some people will book recurring appointments and your system will just book anything whether there is an appointment in the time slot or not. There is no warning and it creates problems. There has to be a way to prevent this.
