   Please, Please, Please allow to require a booking fee to schedule. Currently you only allow a % of the service for a booking fee. The % base booking fee does not work for my practice. I need you to give us the capability to require a set dollar amount to book appointments. Since switching to boulevard my show rate as dropped. Because patient don't have any skin in the game. Then when I go to charge their card some cards do not process. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE allow to set a dollar amount required to book.

   Currently, when an appointment is marked as a no-show, the system removes it from the calendar. However, when accessing the patient file, it doesn't indicate that the patient missed the appointment. This creates confusion for the staff. We require a system where it's easy to identify if a patient missed their appointment, allowing us to address payment issues when they reschedule. Additionally, the appointment should remain on the calendar as a no-show, enabling us to track missed appointments efficiently. Implementing these changes will greatly assist in preventing patients from taking advantage of our staff.
