We're in conversations with Shawn about his issue here. Kudos to him for catching what might be a bug that we plan to fix. We've also been able to adjust Precision Scheduling's settings to better suit their preferences. Please reach out to support if you'd like to adjust how Precision Scheduling works for your business. Between the bug fix and settings adjustment, we're confident we'll end up somewhere that works well for them!

An error occurred while saving the comment Ashley Beebe commentedAllow a way for multiple booking times in the scheduling hours. For instance, some providers are ok with bookings within 3 hours while others need 12. We also have services (Infra-Red Saunas) that don't use a provider but have to be scheduled as one, those are available immediately with online booking but because BLVD doesn't allow we can only book them 12 hours ahead.

Its a pain to have to go week by week seeing the entire staff. It would be much easier to schedule employees by having the ability to do so in a month view.
