    It would be helpful to keep our brand kit stored in the marketing tab, alnog with images, logos, etc. Its already tough to have to create templates every time, saving those pieces would be a huge help and time saver.

    There really needs to be a way to link or tie appointments together. Businesses such as spas have a great deal of couples massages and there are not only issues with booking since having to book two separate appointments but also creates problems for cancellations. When the guest wants to cancel they think their appointments are linked so we are having to call and reach out to guest regarding their bookings and cancellations on a daily basis.

    The ability to book 2 guests together with two providers for a couples massage needs to be implemented. We have to watch over our calendar every day because when a guest books, they will stack appointments, or two seeprate times, or just give their info and then we are left with calling to redo the appointment. If BLVD can't come up with this they should target establishments that offer couples massage, its about 40% of our massage appointments. I would say 20% of guests book these appointments correctly. Beyond frustrating!
