    I agree! The software program is pricey enough! The text feature should just be included in that price, not additional money!

    Does anyone else gave this issue? We turn guests away because stylist overbook time, don't charge any extra and make the same amount of money. Shrinking the amount of time to what the service really took would be a better visual

    Notes getting missed cost the salon time and money especially when there are clients that cancel often etc. We try to address this process with a letter. The pop up note would aid in the success of this
