It is definitely complicating something that is easy but the current one "time frame" fits all is not true to industry. It would be especially helpful if there were per-service overides (and perhaps even per service provider) for the pre-booking time requirement. For example, in a business that performs haircuts and perms; haircuts could likely be booked up to the beginning of the appointment so the pre-booking time would be 0. But a perm would potentially require a consult, or materials; so it would be logical to create a pre-booking time to be more than a day.
Additionally, bringing these requirements to dashboard so that the system is forcing our staff to also abide by the set rules would be greatly useful. The dream is the staff booking something over the phone and then being prompted, "This service should be booked no less than 24 hours prior to the appointment time, to skip this warning press skip which records your manual bypassing of this countermeasure."

With different locations being subject to different pandemic related laws, we would like to adjust the period of future bookable appointments differently for each location.

I'd like it customized so that there isn't so many potentially needless notifications going out to service providers prior to when it matters. If it were something like;
"notify of reschedules INTO my schedule, if less than 10 days prior to appointment date"
"notify of reschedules OUT of my schedule, if less than 3 days prior to appointment date"

Did not realize this was possible! This is a glaring vulnerability. :/
