It's fairly common have someone tell us that their significant other purchased them a package of massages. In order for the person gifted the massages we have to either double book an appointment slot with the package buyer so we can check out the appointment as a grouped ticket where we delete the buyer from the ticket but use a voucher that lives in their account, or we have to manually delete the voucher(s) from the buyer's account and then manually add corresponding vouchers to the person they bought them for. We also sometimes lose nuanced data in the second process because you can't add special packages, only our standard ones, so they are no longer a Valentine's Day special - just a regular massage. Technically, we could "sell" the package special to the intended client and then comp the cost, but sometimes the appointment being booked is after the special is over, so we'd have to recreate it if we wanted the proper label on the package.

An easier solution would be for clients to either purchase packages for other clients or give us a way to link accounts so they can share payment options.
