I just recently started creating a form to include this element and realized it wasn't a part of this software, I really wish it was!

We don't use the message feature, but we do use TextExpander for everything. You could easily make a snippet for this so you can just use a shortcut (like ;prom) to type the entire message for you. The best part is you can use it anywhere, so you can automate typing of long emails, common text responses, etc...

We have this kids checking out under parent's credit card. We schedule the parent for a "Miscellaneous service" and then combine them for checkout, but a method built into the checkout experience would be appreciated!

We often run a ticket for account credit, or create a "miscellaneous Service" appointment for the client paying and then merge the two in a group checkout. Neither one is super clean though. A smoother way to arrange that checkout would be super helpful!

Very frustrating when they have a gift card for the service amount but want to tip on a card. We have to ask them for the tip before entering gift card as the payment. Flow would be much better if it allowed a prompt for tip with different payment methods.

Scenario: Guest has two appointments in the same day. One at 10:00 am and one at 2:00 pm. We tell the guest that we can combine their checkouts when they come back at 2:00.
They come back at 2:00. Check in with the duo app. The app only checks in their 10:00 appointment. Never gives an option to check in the 2:00 appointment.
The app should be limited to checking in appointments that are within a reasonable amount of time to the guest arrival. The 10:00 appointment shouldn't have been on the radar for the Duo at 2:00.
Biggest hangup is the second appointment had required forms and we could not get it to prompt for forms without checking out the first appointment. We ended up sending the forms confirmation email and having her complete them on her phone.

This is actually a bit of a bug. You can pick a resource when selecting on calendar and it ignores that and puts in in whatever resource the computer originally picked (100% of the time it is the resource that is booked, not the one that is available). Not sure why it lets you place/rearrange it on the calendar when the system ignores that placement.
