Retail prices shown in beta reports are consistently 100 times higher than they should be.

When dragging and dropping appointments when client has multiple services one service change by 15 minutes, or moving to another therapist (Same time)can rearrange the ENTIRE day. It is very frustrating to have to keep rebuilding their day after what should be a simple move.

It would be very handy to be able to mark clients as arrived in the mobile app. This would make it easier to just have an iPad when walking about the lobby/waiting area to greet guests. It is harder to have to go back to the desktop for each client.

Add a single line to confirmation texts with something like "reply no to cancel your appointment" This way they have an idea that there is an action required to cancel. We have some guests who get mad that their appointment isn't cancelled when the don't reply "yes" to the confirmation text.

Since there isn't a way to book a resource without a provider, we have Halotherapy and Sauna set up as staff members in Boulevard. This creates some awkward situations when clients check out with the duo and end up leaving tips for these rooms. Payroll doesn't handle the tip and it ends up just sitting there. The client should not have an option to leave a tip for these situations. Can we have a checkbox or something to prevent these rooms for getting tips in the duo? (or better yet, provide a solution to book resources without an employee?)

A detail report of all commission would be very useful. The summary is great for importing to payroll software, but having three separate detail reports to share with staff is annoying. A detail report of all commissions for each staff member would be appreciated.
This could also be done as a beta report that includes commission.

Archiving a form should activate the requirement for a new form. We require massage forms to be completed within one year, when someone completes the form online we are never able to have them resubmit that form online. Archiving the form should trigger the system to require a new form. This would allow us to have them complete the form online for their next appointment rather than having to come in and complete it in paper form.
