This would be so helpful for new hires as well as testing out new ways of doing things as a business. We have so many services and products that are labeled as "trial" and "sample" and guests like "Bob Fake" so we can do training and try out new ideas in our live environment.

Related to this is the automated confirmation when actively texting someone. If they get the "reply yes to confirm" text, and reply with "Cancel" and you ask if they want to rebook. They reply "yes" and Boulevard automatically says "Thank you, you are confirmed" Makes us not look great in the process.
ANY text from either side after the automated text should void the automated system.

adding new inventory is rather painful with three different screens required in two different parts of the application. A single screen for adding (AND duplicating products) would be sooo helpful!!

Shopify allows a user to upload a new csv file to update their inventory listings. It would be amazing to have this option on Boulevard for products and services. Much of the data is far easier to manipulate in a spreadsheet and export to the proper csv format. It would be SOO much easier to deal with price changes, inventory adjustments, etc if we could do them in bulk via a csv.

We will add the new barcode in the SKU section. But it is also hard because the SKU isn't used to look products up (Already a feature request). Adding multiple options for UPC, or allowing search by SKU (possibly adding options for multiple SKUs) would be very beneficial!

Even sticking to the basics of our time setup would be great. We book at 15 minute intervals, but the app doesn't recognize that and always picks something off by 5 minutes. It is annoying to have to adjust that at the last step. Like Kaitlyn said, lots of memory involved in booking in the app.

You can do this by clicking on the providers name at the top of the calendar and then clicking "adjust shift" I use this feature all the time and absolutely love it!

We, too end up with confusion about online booking. People select a provider without realizing "First available" is an option, then they are locked out from seeing many potential appointments. I think it should default to First Available, and then have the option to choose a specific person.
