A way to mark as "unread" would be helpful as well. Occasionally we look at it, but it needs to be reviewed again, so an unread option would allow that to happen.

We also check most guests in verbally. They see this as a great service so they don't have to use the iPad. It would be very helpful to send forms to a specific iPad for them to complete. Choosing the iPad would be important so I can send them with the hand held one so they aren't tying up space at the desk while they complete forms.
This is one of the handful of forms features that are keeping us from using Boulevard for all of our forms and record keeping.

It is so much effort and guessing to see when someone may have started an appointment and then to go to the order for the checkout time. Having these details on the appointment screen would be so helpful!
