An error occurred while saving the comment Ben Stevens commentedAdd a single line to confirmation texts with something like "reply no to cancel your appointment" This way they have an idea that there is an action required to cancel. We have some guests who get mad that their appointment isn't cancelled when the don't reply "yes" to the confirmation text.

An error occurred while saving the comment Ben Stevens commentedSince there isn't a way to book a resource without a provider, we have Halotherapy and Sauna set up as staff members in Boulevard. This creates some awkward situations when clients check out with the duo and end up leaving tips for these rooms. Payroll doesn't handle the tip and it ends up just sitting there. The client should not have an option to leave a tip for these situations. Can we have a checkbox or something to prevent these rooms for getting tips in the duo? (or better yet, provide a solution to book resources without an employee?)

The summary is great for importing to payroll software, but having three separate detail reports to share with staff is annoying. A detail report of all commissions for each staff member would be appreciated.
This could also be done as a beta report that includes commission.

An error occurred while saving the comment Ben Stevens commentedActually, all product details would be handy. I would love to use the reporting to build spreadsheets for label printing, etc... But without the SKU and UPC, I am left missing important data.
I have honestly never found the use for the size or color fields either. I used them for all of my products and then found that the system doesn't actually let you see them. Now all of my size and color information is in the product name.

I would like to have some of these available to other staff members via reports or the manage tab. I need this so that staff members can make price and barcode labels for products.

An error occurred while saving the comment Ben Stevens commentedI am often looking at a calendar day in the future. If I click on an appointment for details, then close the appointment, it takes me back to today on the calendar. The same thing happens if I am in a client profile and click on an appointment, I get returned to the Clients screen, but not the profile I was in.
It would be nice if the App remembered what I was working on and returned me back to that page, rather than the base page for a section.

It would be very handy to be able to mark clients as arrived in the mobile app. This would make it easier to just have an iPad when walking about the lobby/waiting area to greet guests. It is harder to have to go back to the desktop for each client.
