This is also a problem if the guest doesn't have a phone number or email address. There is no way to sign them into the ipad to complete forms if they don't have that information on their profile. We often have guests with no contact information when they are booked as part of a group appointment.

Management of forms in general is weird if it wasn't automatically assigned to the appointment. Adding one to the appointment manually should work just like an automatic form instead of prompting the person at the computer to complete it immediately.

This happens with other areas in the software as well. So frustrating to have to keep starting from scratch when sifting through things!

I could really use a date for the farthest booking rather than a number of days. We only open our books through the end of a month and wait to open the next month. The current method makes this more difficult.

Related to this: the option to add comments to any refund reason, not just "other" I often want notes for the other reasons, so I end up choosing "other" just so I can leave the note of why it was refunded.

I don't need this for clients. But anything that helps get bulk import working is a great thing!
