We constantly have problems with reschedules dropping resources and causing us headaches!

This would be amazing! I will always vote for forward looking reports since there are only two that exist at the moment.
Just showing what gaps exist in schedules, like the staff schedule report, but just showing open times. Would make parts of my job much easier!

Related would be allowing blocking entire days even for future employees (a hard block if you will, nobody is to be working that day). We occasionally end up with someone having an open schedule during training times because we didn't go and manually block that day when we added them to the schedule.

This is a nightmare when you have multiple services and small gaps between them. Any change to any item will reset all the times to eliminate the gaps.
Why does the system default to assuming I know exactly what I am doing in that window by not enforcing any booking rules or resources, but then assumes that I want all of the timing to be back to back? Why does it think I am smart enough to book all the resources without prompting, but too stupid to pick the times I want?
