An error occurred while saving the comment Ben Stevens commentedWe copy their upcoming appointments from their client profile screen and then paste (text only) into a word document formatted for our receipt printer and then print from there. It isn't ideal, but we can usually get their upcoming appointments printed out within about a minute.
An error occurred while saving the comment Ben Stevens commentedWe have a word document formatted to the size of our receipt printer and copy/paste the appointments from their profile. You must paste as plain text, and then you need to do a little formatting. But, a pre-made solution would be wonderful. I would love for it to have variable formatting so it could be set to print on my receipt printer.

An error occurred while saving the comment Ben Stevens commentedWe have a client named "backbar" and we scan all backbar items in a purchase ticket and discount it 100%. It isn't ideal, but so much faster than manually adjusting. We just run a report of the items sold to backbar
An error occurred while saving the comment Ben Stevens commentedensuring that a SKU as well as a UPC is scannable for this would be super helpful as not all of our products have UPCs.
Ben Stevens supported this idea ·An error occurred while saving the comment Ben Stevens commentedWe have a "back bar" client set up and we just open a sales ticket and scan all of the backbar color for the day. I can get a report of backbar usage just by looking at sales for that client. Our accounting works well to just discount everything 100%, but you could us a custom payment type of that would work better. The discount helps because it doesn't show as product sales to mess up your reports.
It isn't ideal, but SOO much faster than using the usage tool in Boulevard.

An error occurred while saving the comment Ben Stevens commentedThe whole way that deactivating a staff member removes all upcoming appointments and all previous history from the calendar is frustrating. At a minimum it should keep historical appointments on the books just for reference. Often a calendar view is the only way to get some information, and it is missing when a staff member has been deactivated.

An error occurred while saving the comment Ben Stevens commentedIt is so much effort and guessing to see when someone may have started an appointment and then to go to the order for the checkout time. Having these details on the appointment screen would be so helpful!

An error occurred while saving the comment Ben Stevens commentedA way to mark as "unread" would be helpful as well. Occasionally we look at it, but it needs to be reviewed again, so an unread option would allow that to happen.
