I have sent emails to people who are literally in the chair at that moment just because we added a toner or eyebrow wax. It should not need a confirmation if they are on site!

At least blocking for days the business is not open would be a base level start! We end up with people waiting for days that we literally have no people working.

Kind of like not being able to book group appointments from the dashboard, it is so weird that merging appointments is available when booking the second one, but never again after that. It should be available at other times. Bonus points for a warning flag on appointments if it appears a client has more than one appointment on the same day. (we often get caught off guard when they book appointments online and we don't realize they have other appointments after the initial one)

We have a sauna and salt room. We would love to offer these as add-on services at the time of booking, but the current add-on system only allows services that can be performed by the same provider.
A mechanism to allow these services to be listed as add-ons would greatly increase their utilization and profitability for us.
