Count up employee hours so we are not manually counting them.
Instead of having to manually count up hours each day and add them all up the system should count up the hours and give us a total to be able to easily and efficiently do payroll.

If you just want to see scheduled hours you can run the staff performance report. It will show total number of hours scheduled for the set time period.

We do beta reports - time clock summary - filter by location and set range of dates.
The only caveats are that the data is not live (sometimes a couple minutes late and sometimes a couple hours. Make sure any time clock edits are done well before you use this report for payroll). Also be aware that the totals are for the range and also for the days, that you still will have to consider overtime manually.
We often just use time clock (original) reports to do payroll since it is simpler and there isn’t a need to consider that the data may not reflect any last minute changes
