Hey folks! Today we released a related feature: the schedule view.
Accessible from either the Front Desk or Calendar views, you can select "Schedule" to view a list of any day's appointments and filter that list by the form's status. This will make it easier to see when staff or clients complete a form or chart, or who still has items outstanding. Learn more here, and we hope you enjoy!

Reporting on busiest times of the day, busiest days of the week and vice versa. Being able to pinpoint our strongest and weakest times/days/months/weeks as a business.

Currently, client accommodations can only be added through editing appointments, but this can only be done prior to checking a client out.
We need to be able to update client accommodations from the client profile and also be able to update these from the staff app.

The service add-on should be able to be separated out so that on the back-end, it appears as 2 back to back appointments so that another service provider can take the first "add-on" appointment before the main service. Depending on the providers' schedules, we would need the option of moving Gel removal appointments to a provider with an open schedule.
This will allow us to book removals on the half hour first which is an "add-on" service and then, finish the main service on the hour - utilizing the calendar more efficiently across provider schedules.
Override the 50% off the service to a flat fee or have the option to change this. We also charge tax on services and we do not have to charge them tax on this.
