    We have had multiple instances of employees accidentally changing the price of services at the brand level when their intention was to set a custom price at a location level. It has a huge impact on the business when this happens and is a liability because of franchises.

    It would be really useful to be able to see an overall count of how many vouchers a client has ever used. Similar to appointment count, this can be a quick and easy way to get a better sense of how they are utilizing their membership and value as a member.
