trying to do things for all staff on phone is next to impossible especially creating BREAKS please make a professional app for management!!!

SOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO time consuming to have to go into each servcie and customize when assigning services to a new tech... would be so much easier and efficient if I could just check boxes for all the applicable services and then custommize if needed!!!!

Every time we make a change to an appt we have to UNCHECK email client...please make it an option to have to check the box to email client instead of having to uncheck the box and the email auto sends.... way too much client communication

It would be helpful to be able to shorten or lengthen times in the calendar for individ appts by dragging the appt shorter or longer instead of having to 'edit' it...

Loyalty points are considered a discount in BLVD, and commissions are always based on the net sale (post-discount). **
loyalty points should not be taken from the Commission of the technician ... Commission should be based on the gross sale pre discount
