An error occurred while saving the comment Melissa Coker commentedGive management to reassign tips in the computer system. We have had 1 or 2 instances where the guest lumps it together and we have had to void the transaction & start over. Also, when a stylist works with an associate they want to tip the associate. The easiest way to keep up with this for tax purposes would be to reassign or transfer a tip or portion of tips to the associate.

An error occurred while saving the comment Melissa Coker commentedOr Ability to program Level Pricing in Service Options under color services. We are having issues with people not selecting a finishing service when booking online, even though we have it noted under the service. We don't want to have to reprogram all services just for online booking. We have level pricing for our Service providers so we can't put a single price if we were to use the option to require a min or max in service options...

An error occurred while saving the comment Melissa Coker commentedSometimes we donate cards for charity auctions or events. In our old system there was a "comp" option when creating the card in the system. Not sure how to create a comped card in Blvd without making the payment "other". Don't really want to do it this way because then it shows as income or sales and it's not.

An error occurred while saving the comment Melissa Coker commentedWhen a salon wide price increase is implemented and starts on a specific date, it would be nice to have the option when editing prices for services to "Apply to All Appointments". Since Blvd doesn't automatically update pricing, right now we have to go into every single scheduled appointment to edit service prices to reflect the new pricing structure. This is super time consuming.
A nice addition to the marketing campaigns would be an email that goes out to new guests a set # of hours or days after their 1st visit to welcome them and check in on their experience.
