Hey folks! Exciting update: clients can now view their membership details in the client portal. By navigating to the new memberships page, they can view:
- Benefits of their membership
- Their next billing date
- The option to update their payment method on file
- Names of people they've shared their membership with (if applicable)
Check out the changelog to learn more about this update.
This launch does not include the ability for clients to pause or cancel memberships on their own, so I won't mark this idea as 100% complete just yet. Be sure to check out the Client Portal support article for a comprehensive outline of all that clients can do in the portal, and how to install it on your website so it's easy for them to find.

It is pretty standard to be able to clone a previous campaign to sent in the market suite. It is a miss that this is not an option as we have to rebuild each campaign, reconnecting all the same information like links to social/webstie etc in the footer. It is making the suite unusable and yet I have little choice as the MC API is not open.

Every time a guest upgrades or downgrades their membership we have to cancel the sub and then start a new one. This puts them into the Cancelled Report and the New report and it removes their Term data annoyingly. There should be a way in their account to simply change their sub and choose the date to apply. Then they go into a report for CHANGES for instance. This way term data can be retained, super important for tracking the importance of some guests.

We can receive images from clients but we cannot send any in return. It would be useful in some cases to be able to.

All email marketing tools allow you to control exactly when emails are released. This allows for experimentation and to control the deluge customers can get. I am quite surprised it has been fixed at 9am UTC (4am CENTRAL time honestly.

I think it would be great if we could expand how we award loyalty points. For example:
* 5 points for every dollar you spend for services, products, gift cards, upgrades, even your monthly membership fee.
* 50 points for booking your monthly appointment online.
* 50 points for pre-booking your appointment for next month at the time of your monthly service.
* 500 points for joining the Membership Program
* 1000 points for every friend you referWould help to encourage behavioral change in guests that benefit the salon.

Could you integrate a service like AfterPay, Klarna, Affirm etc to allow salon owners to offer a payment plan type solution?
For instance, our offer includes:
1x Full Set - $119 to $169
1x Refill Savings Plan Month ($108-$199)
1x Gratuity.
Most are OK with paying the $227 to $300+ price for the deal but we do get push back. Could be cool to offer them the option to spread the first big expense over say 2-3 payments. Would take the edge off, especially with our younger guests.
It would be useful to be able to sell a Quarterly membership. Right now we offer: We sell a lash lift and tint for $120. and sell a package of 5 for the price of 4 ($480). However this is too expensive. Our regular Lash Lift guests would though pay a QUARTERLY membership of $120/3 months as this is roughly the time they need a new lift anyway. Same with many beauty services. Frankly it may even be best to be able to set the number of weeks in the subscription so some can be 2-month, 3-months or 4 months for instance.
