we would like to start sending out emails to clients on a recurring basis. Ideally, we would like a follow-up email sent to recent clients about 3 days after their service.

work with third party email or text platform to schedule automated texts or emails after a client visits. Or if we haven't seen a client in x days, it sends a "we miss you" type email

Hey folks! Today we released a related feature: the schedule view.
Accessible from either the Front Desk or Calendar views, you can select "Schedule" to view a list of any day's appointments and filter that list by the form's status. This will make it easier to see when staff or clients complete a form or chart, or who still has items outstanding. Learn more here, and we hope you enjoy!

Having a list of completed forms to easier search forms for clients without having to go into client profiles.
