    Please make this auto-enroll. It's crazy to do this manually. It's also a totally different page on the check-out, so it's really hard to remember. It creating friction where there should not be friction...,people are upset and think they are owed money.

    Tipping toggle should not be on the back end. It should be easily accessible...I do not want reception fiddling around on the back. Yet sometimes we need to turn it on.

    We mostly do cash due to the tax issue (thanks for working on that by the way) but we have a number of people who we need to put on a card. Its really annoying to have to go through a whole song and dance to fix it for one person and then put it back. Toggle should be at check out.

  3. Set forms to expire. For example, a medical history form should be updated at minimum once a year.

    Offers should be far more customizable. Stackable/nonstack and you should be able to narrow to the provider.

    As a multi location biz I am really struggling with this. I feel like blvd is limiting my growth to a certain degree. It is very much a focused on single location flows.
