Wait to check a client in until their forms are complete on ipad
We are having issues where our clients are filling their forms out and the providers are coming to grab them because they have receive the check in alert. It would be nice if it didn't alert them until after they have completed their form so they client isn't feeling rushed by the provider coming in to grab them.

Comment section in the appointment profile box
We would like a comment section for office communication available in the appointment box. Once you click on an appointment, a comment section for this appointment would be helpful.

re-send appointment confirmation text to unconfirmed appointments
if a client has not confirmed their appointment, there should be an option to resend confirmation texts 24 hours prior to their appointment

List of open notes
It would be so helpful to be able to see a list of unsigned "draft" notes so we have an added safety net against unfinished documentation.

Better Cancellation Tracking on Calendar
I realize there is a cancellation button. It would be great if the calendar marked when there used to be an appointment there and notes when it was canceled, if it was rescheduled, etc. Right now it just shows as an empty spot on the calendar as if there wasn't an appointment there originally. You then have to track down who the appointment was originally for.
Also, it would be nice if it flagged people that canceled inside/outside of your cancellation policy. Right now someone can cancel with less than 24 hours and we wouldn't know. Thanks!

client information
Stylists should be able to view all client information without being able to edit. Right now the only option to give employees access to phone numbers/emails is to also give access to edit.

Ability to see when a membership is in cancelled status with past due payments
Currently, membership statuses only reflect a single state at a time. This limits visibility into important membership history and lifecycle changes. For example, if a membership is in a past due state and the customer then cancels, the system only shows cancelled, which removes critical context.
Ask is to see an enhancement that allows multiple statuses to be displayed simultaneously or in sequence such as showing both past due and cancelled status within the membership.

A report that lists each service provider and the services they're assignable to, not services they have performed.

Events or Ticket sales
I have had difficulty setting up an Event that i need clients to sign up for. I have had to use another platform and then encored cost. Maybe I am unaware how to do, but thus far have not been able to do this.

Scents of Serenity therapists would like to see a breakdown of tips and product sales in the Pro App. It would also be great if there was no lag-time in data population.

Refund order should show whether commission was clawed back or not
When looking at a refund for an order, there is no indication for whether commission was clawed back or not. It would be ideal to have that on the refund and not have to look at the detailed commission report.

Ability to link vouchers to a different membership
Ability to re-associate vouchers with a membership (original or new) so vouchers follow the expiration rules or benefits of the new membership.

auto export reports
Create an option for a custom package. For example, if we run a BOGO laser hair removal package, we would need to make a package for every single area (underarms, bikini etc) and then change them monthly. Can we please have a custom package option where we can load vouchers, discounts etc all at once to check them out with?

filter records reports by active/inactive
when looking at service/product catalog or staff members, inactive profiles are unnecessary so a filer would be helpful. Not all records reports have an "active" column so it isn't always actually even clear what is active or not.

Updating provider on past sale changing report
Updating a past product / package sale for example will move the sale in reporting from the date of sale to the date it was updated for said provider.
This essentially invalidates past iterations of said report and can cause issues with accounting. We would like an option to turn this behavior off or an offering of a solution.

Cancellation follow up option
Could we add a feature to the cancellation tab that allows for direct follow-up with the client? It would be helpful if this also reflects the client's response or status change, so we can track engagement and offer rescheduling opportunities in a streamlined way.

Checking out clients via other things than Boulevard
Some stylists don't charge over Boulevard, so if there was a way to close out a clients appointment so it grays out so we know its been paid and taken care of instead of it staying the same color.

Add client after sale closes
If you create a client from the checkout window and do not click "Save Client" before processing the payment the system does not save the client (Even if you click "Save Client" on the following screen (Where you can print a receipt)).
This can leave an order without a client even when you intended to add a client and in fact clicked "Save Client"
Being able to add a client to an order that doesn't have a client assigned would fix this issue. Making a permission level for this would prevent fraudulently assigning clients for loyalty purposes.
