  2. Apparently when a customer has an account with a different business using Boulevard, their CC will not appear in your system when they book online. We are supposed to just TRUSt that there will be a CC to charge in case of a no-show. Can't it at least show that there is a card on file???

  3. I want to decide which staff members I want to see in the calendar tab, even if they don't have appointments or aren't on the schedule. It'd be nice if I could manually remove anyone that I don't want to see on the calendar tab.

  6. Currently, when I set my daily screen view- Say I put Ali and Lilly together on one screen, It moves them around on the other days, where I do not want them together. Can you make it so I can structure one day, without affecting every single other day?

    1. A method to move forms between clients. Several times per week we have a spouse fill a form out under their own name instead of the spouse filling it out under theirs (or parents and children). being able to move the form to the proper client would be wonderful!

    2. Method for storing a copy of a paper form with the forms in Boulevard. (some of our guests just don't get electronic things) Currently a pdf file can be stored in client notes, but it would be really nice to get it in the forms section.

With previous email marketing systems I've used, the marketing emails will come from our general email address and there is a verification step in which I'd add SPF records on the back end of our domain manager. This helps with emails not being sent to spam and with images not being hidden for certain users.

  11. Currently on client profiles, you have the ability to note a clients Skype profile (in all honesty, who even uses that anymore) but it would be great to be able to add the clients instagram handle to their client profile card as well.

  13. It would be nice if we can offer our members an additional perk from the loyalty program, since they are also loyal to us as members. The ability to differentiate points earned and/or redeemed for members vs. non-members would be great (i.e. members earn 2 points for ever $1 spent, non-members earn 1 point).

    ALSO, would love to reward our members for just being members! For example, after their first 3 membership payments, they automatically get their next month free.

  16. Instead of only having the waitlist available for the client to sign up on when there are no slots available, having a waitlist link that the stylists can post on their social media. That way clients can directly sign up for the waitlist instead of going through the entire process.

  17. When you go into edit an appointment, the screen is now minimized so you have to scroll to see everything. It would be great if we could minimize or maximize the appointment screen so we can see the information we'd like to see.
