  1. We would like the self booking overlay to be compatible with Webflow. Currently, this is a limitation that makes the use of online booking not as seamless as it should be.

  4. Example: When a client uses their Botox credits, remove the botox name from the list entirely. Keeping them on the list with "0 remaining" is unnecessarily confusing and complicates the process when checking available credits. Additionally, store these credits in the wallet at the price the client actually paid, not the regular listed price. This helps avoid confusion and ensures accurate commission calculations for providers.

  5. Being able to block a schedule without having to do each staff schedule separately and allowing the block to be in place for more than a year before having to go through and add the blocks again.

  7. When charting certain injectables such as neurotoxins there may be numerous pins and having to shrink each pin size is extremely time consuming. The ask is to be able to select a default pin size for the chart as a whole versus having to resize each one. Having a legend on the side would be helpful as well if pins would not show all the details within the photo.

  11. We use our resources for our rooms/stations. We have two members for each room and to keep them from accidentally double booking the station it would be beneficial to have it blocked off when people do online booking. Would be really useful to have specific people assigned to specific resources.

  13. We have an issue with New Patients/clients booking under existing patients. New Patients require additional time for their appointment. This creates a nightmare for our front desk, since many times these are missing - which leads to a poor customer experience, when they show and there isn't enough time allowed for their appointment. It would be great, if there was a question that could be asked at the beginning of online booking. "Are You Currently a Patient at...? Yes or No. Then based off that question they would be show a list of services they can book. Or, maybe there…

  16. We can't keep track of who is making changes, making appointments or cancellations so sometimes its hard to determine who the client spoke to. I know we can sign in and out every time but our office has one desktop we all use to check clients out and logging in and out is not realistic for us. There needs to be some sort of initials or sign off when doing anything to the schedule.

  17. The Problem
    Many seasoned service providers (e.g., hairstylists, massage therapists, personal trainers) reach a point where their schedules are full, and they prefer to maintain relationships with existing clients. However, the current system doesn't allow them to filter who can book. This creates several challenges:

    Providers have to manually decline or reschedule new client appointments, creating friction.

    New clients may feel frustrated after booking only to be told they can’t be accommodated.

    This increases admin overhead and reduces the provider’s satisfaction with our platform.

  19. Allow clients to login to the the scheduling system (https://dashboard.boulevard.io/booking/) using their phone number.

    Currently, the client must enter their email. However, they can manage their appointments using their cell phone number or email. (https://blvd.app/@mossandblack/login)

    Some clients (mom's and their children) share a cell phone number in their profile. Mom cannot schedule an appointment using their child's profile.
