  1. It's great that we can now compare photos, but what about drawing on them to show the changes? Or SAVE them as a side-by-side.
    Would also be great if then we could automatically share this photo with patient who want to keep track of their own before/after images and share with friends.

  2. Currently, it is on the Gear icon, not the location level. This can lead to multi-location dashboards to have incorrect data.

  4. When the system is set for HIPPA compliance it auto logs you out after a certain time but it should reset to the log in screen -

    1. Because (most importantly) all the client information is still visible on the open screen and therefore not truly protected

      1. It is incredibly frustrating when you are working on a chart or back end experience and then you realize you have been logged out and none of your work is saved.

  5. We'd love the ability to create different referral program campaigns instead of the preset "Give X, get X%".

    An example is based on the number of referred clients, i.e., "Refer three, get it for free" - so once 3 clients come in through a referral, the referrer gets their reward.

  7. In addition to price and time accommodations, include note accommodations for specific services, such as formulas or a special process for a client, rather than having it in notes, which can be overlooked if different providers are servicing a repeat client.

  10. Clients need to have multiple tabs open to see their current appointments vs. booking a new appointment. Makes it hard to schedule/reschedule around their calendar.

    Would like them to live in one space to encourage ease of scheduling.

  12. Set tasks for your employees

    -follow up with patients
    -run payments that weren’t put through
    -set reminders to follow up with patients in “x” amount of days
    -daily checklists for your employees to complete

  14. Add a function to the waitlist that insterts a requested waitlist appointment into the schedule, in a specific color block so the the business is aware of a potential appointment time that could be filled.

  15. Automate emails to go to patients specific to how many days since they had a specific service if they have not rebooked for that service. For example, 90 days post botox, 6 months post vaginal rejuvenation, 15 months post lip filler, etc.

  17. When checking customers out, we don't see the items broken down in a list, but instead subtotaled all together. It's helpful for them to see how much each individual product costs, rather than the total of all the products.

  18. Currently, a PO can be saved with some lines containing an orer quantity of 0. This can happen when using our bulk add feature and saving without removing those specific lines. It would be a lot more efficient to either remove those lines once the PO is saved since they are irrelevant to the order, or not allow the PO to go past draft status without the user removing those line items or changing the order quantity themselves.
