DO NOT make a new client profile for first time online booking clients who have a profile already
we have many clients who are starting to book online instead of calling in as they have done for the last twenty years. we love the ease of online booking but have an issue with BLVD creating a new profile for clients who are NOT NEW. This is an issue because history is not show, notes are notes are not seen and newly important, the newly released referral program gives discounts to NEW clients during online booking and if it is long-time clients first time booking, they receive the discount as well.

Open tickets
Show open tickets under the patient's profile as well as in the sales view. A pop up letting us know there are still open tickets while closing the drawer would be great!

Allow forms to be sent outside of a upcoming appointment
We very often have forms that need to be sent after a client has been seen. Especially if a client wants to join a membership or certain forms were missed. Unfortunately they can only be sent through an upcoming appointment and it would be helpful to be able to email them separately.

Flagging Messages
It would be great if there was a way to flag messages with clients or mark them as unread. Sometimes it can be really difficult if we read a message during the weekend for example but don't want to take action on it while we are not working. It would be nice to have a way to flag the message to come back to when we are back in the salon.

Accommodations Notes for services
In addition to price and time accommodations, include note accommodations for specific services, such as formulas or a special process for a client, rather than having it in notes, which can be overlooked if different providers are servicing a repeat client.

Make the appointments adjustable on the calander by dragging.
It would be great to be able to adjust the time of the appointment right in the calendar itself instead of having to click on the appointment and editing it. A simple click and drag up or down would be GREAT.

Save drafts in text messages
Need to autosave messages in the type box or in a drafts box -as leaving the page to check someone out and then coming back to a long message being gone is so frustrating.
