  3. It would be helpful if we could access messages on the app so we can communicate with customers without having to login to the website. This way patients can contact us swiftly and we can enhance patient care.

  4. Customers cannot understand the logic of why the price assigned to the service, based on voucher value, is what it is. They cannot make sense of it and the explanation is lengthy and only makes sense if you can see the internal dashboard.

    It would be better for client experience to have the full service value show on client facing receipts and the value of the voucher show internally only.

  5. If a guest makes a profile online and adds themselves to our waitlist but then cancels, that does not show up on their profile and now we're left wondering why the guest has a profile if they've never been here. Please add all history to client profiles, even if it shows as "canceled"

  6. Since multiple providers have access to same charts, need to have password or pin to allow deleting someone else’s charted notes. Too easy to delete notes.

  8. Idea:

    To avoid confusion at checkout, it is proposed that the iPad, which is solely used to check out clients, should display a more intuitive message. Currently, the "Check In" prompt leads clients to believe they need to check in rather than check out. A simple rewording could significantly improve user experience and streamline the process. Suggested alternative messages include:

    "Complete Checkout"
    "Finalize Your Purchase"
    "Proceed to Payment"
    "Finish Your Transaction"

    This change would help clients easily distinguish between the check-in and check-out process, reducing confusion and making the transaction smoother.

  9. We have a big office with 12 treatment rooms and almost 20 employees. It would be extremely helpful to have an internal messaging system for employees. Especially so for Guest Relations so they're all on the same page (we have 6 receptionist to relay messages to).

  13. I would love to be able to set a default calendar view. It is very time consuming that whenever we refresh or log in the calendar view switches. It will just decide this time it is going to show 1 day, 1 team member and all the resources. For instance, I personally like to see a full week at a time so every time I go to the calendar, I have to toggle off all the resources and toggle on the staff and then choose the week view.   16. We sell kits of our skincare and it would be nice to have a "kit" like we have "packages" of treatments, where when you sell that kit, it pulls from inventory of the individual products that are in the kit. This would also be helpful for our website.

  18. As a Med Spa we have services that can use more than one product and it would be extremely helpful to be able to add multiple products under Product Usage and adjust the price based on the service.

    Currently we are utilizing Add ons but this is not the best workflow as we have to create multiple services and are unable to adjust the price based on service.

    It is causing confusion for patients when booking online as they see the base price but not the additional cost for the units/product.

  20. STOP INCLUDING "TEXT NO PROMOS" IN THE TEXT BLASTS. It is not legally required to be there every time. I had a bunch of unsubscribes, even from our regular clients and text users! As they pressed stop they now are not getting texts at all from us. I should have the option to exclude this.
