Permissions for Cash Register access
Add permissions for privilege groups that will allow / disallow the viewing of different metrics in the cash register respectively.
In addition to limiting the reported upon date range for the given data specific to who is logged into the dashboard and viewing the register.

Set an order that forms are filled out
We wish to be able to set an order that the client fills out multiple forms. For example, first, they see "new client intake" then they see "medical history" and then HIPAA, and then photo consent.

Allow custom links in client communications
There is the existing ability to add a link to forms, cancellation policy to automated client comms, but there are other custom links that may be useful for clients, specific to the business.

Allow specific parameters for which service providers can be apart of the NEW Referral Program.
I would love to try this to help build my new stylists, but cant bring it on bc my stylists that are booked out dont need to offer this. Bummer

Applying the gratuity page in checkout even when using card on file
As of right now, BLVD's checkout system while using a card on file is not very user friendly. When charging a card on file, it does not prompt them to the checkout screen like if they were to if they were charging card with the BLVD Duo. It just runs the card and says payment complete. This can create an uncomfortable situation as we have to ask the clients out loud if they would like to add gratuity to aesthetic services.

Notify staff when an appointment is moved from one staff member to another.
Notify staff when an appointment is moved from one staff member to another. It doesn't make since that this wasn't already thought of and integrated into the program. We had a client moved from one staff member to a different staff members schedule and Boulevard did not notify the new staff member. As a result, the client arrived for their appointment but the therapist was not in the spa because they were unaware an appointment had been moved to their schedule.

An alert for internal teams and/or clients that book the same service (e.g. haircut) within a certain timeframe (e.g. one month).

Membership Enrollment Fee
We have a membership that requires an enrollment fee and also charges monthly. I know how to set up a membership for purchase online, however since there is no way to charge the enrollment fee with it we aren't able to see memberships online. We need an update to allow for an enrollment fee to be automatically charged ONCE so that we can sell memberships online.

Filter patients gender
Create an option to filter clients/patients by Gender or Sex. This will allow to create marketing campaigns for services targeting Males or Females specifically.

Show providers more client information (pronouns, notes)
Our providers are currently unable to see client pronouns in their mobile boulevard app. They also can't see scheduling alerts, or any client profile notes (they can only view appointment/internal notes). We need pronouns to be available at a glance, and for other notes to be viewable when entering the profile.

Update Gift cards to work like the new vouchers
The new voucher report is wonderful for showing sales, redemptions and expirations. It would be great to update gift cards so we can set expiration dates and have them automatically expire and have the same style report for them.
Expiration is not legal in all states, but it is in my state, and Boulevard makes this SUPER hard to do as there is no report showing when gift cards are sold, it is all sorted by the last use.

Gallery: Upload from image URL
Useful when leads submit forms with images attached. Uploading to the Gallery via image URLs would allow us to have all client info in Blvd. Instead of just text details (name, email, phone, etc) in Blvd while the photos have to be accessed elsewhere.
This ability could allow an easy Zapier integration for an Add Images To Gallery action.
Heck, uploading images via URL could simplify data migration for new Blvd subscribers.
Gallery uploads being limited to local storage feels a little outdated in this modern world.

Creating before/after image side-by-side, adding drawing/text to image. Allow to share/send to client for their own personal use.

When you change a service, the resource linked to that service should automatically update as well. It doesn't currently.
When we update a service on client's appointment, it doesn't automatically update the resource that's associated with the appointment. It should be linked so that it auto-populates when the new service is selected to avoid any issues.

Hide services that a provider does not perform when booking
Not all our providers perform all our services. When we are booking an appt, If you click under a persons name, under the dropdown of services it shows all our services. It would be nice if just the services that provider does pops up.
