  3. Make customer service available by phone 24/7! We pay $300 (at least I do) to not be able to call and get some questions answered is a little crazy. I wanted to open a new account for a new location and I have to wait 4 days to speak with someone? My schedule changed and I missed the scheduled call. Now I have to wait until next week? I have a report I have to pull up that just won't show me accuracy. It means I have some settings on wrong so now I have to type out my issue…

  5. Currently we are only able to see the date the charts are submitted, can we have a column for date of the actual appointment? Also maybe have a time stamp in the chart for when it was signed off on?

  6. We would like compatibility with other identity providers (IdP) other than Okta for Single Sign On (SSO) capabilities.

    The use case would be for businesses that wish to streamline employee access to respective applications and systems. For example, in addition to Boulevard I use Microsoft 365/Entra ID and rippling for authentication. It would be nice to have everything connect to this IdP or Okta.

    It would also be great in having SCIM in conjunction with SSO for automation of user provisioning and offboarding would be greatly beneficial as well.

  13. I really like the Precision Booking system—it keeps the schedule organized and easy to manage. The only tweak I’d suggest is adding the word “Book” or “Book Here” directly on the Appointment Book in the time slots where appointments should be scheduled.

    Right now, the schedule looks very open until appointments are actually placed, and sometimes the correct booking pattern isn’t followed. Adding these key words would give Guest Relations a clear visual cue, helping them see the right times to book without accidentally placing appointments outside the intended structure.

  15. Currently, clients can only reschedule their appointments with the provider they're currently booked with. This can severely limit the options they see and cause them to cancel instead. This is a big hinderance to retention/revenue, especially with a business not based in provider-request specific booking.

  17. When blocking time on schedule, the existing area to block is antiquated. Either have a dropdown or an hour and minute section AND have an option to select ALL DAY.

  18. Loyalty points are visible in the client profile via the dashboard but not on the Pro App. Most employees use the app so they should show the same info.

  20. Allow salon website booking link in outgoing/away message during off hours. This would be helpful when a client wants to book a service during our off hours while they're trying to message us.
