Make pricing easier to see
Currently you cant see the prices of services easily at all when booking. It does not show you the price of the appointment until you are almost done booking it. I would like to be able to easily see all prices for different artists while I am on the phone with a client. Right now I have to basically book it to be able to tell them the price.

automatic text for missed calls
I'm a sole owner/practitioner and have the main line to the compnay routed to my cell phone. However, it will sometimes get listed as SPAM or missed while I'm with clients and therefore lose potential leads. It would be great to have a feature that we can opt in to where any missed incoming calls get sent a text message letting them know we are busy/if they have any questions/etc so as not to miss out on business.

REMOVE PRODUCT COMPLETELY FROM INVENTORY
I know we can grey out a product by dis-enabling but I would LOVE to really clean out our inventory by removing products completely, especially because we have duplicates made on accident.

Let the business choose the voucher value weight
The new voucher payment update is helpful for us, but not helpful for accounting if we can't do custom weighting. Ex: we have a special offer that includes a massage ($92 service price) and sauna ($20 service price) for $85. In our reports, both of these services will show up as $42.50. But the reality is the massage is the core value, and the sauna is a "freebie bonus." We'd love to be able to weigh values accordingly (ex. massage $80 and sauna $5 or even $85 and $0)

Add-On Services: Limiting # of options required to book
Ability to limit the # of add-on service options required to book (e.g. minimum and max) an appointment. Ex. 1 add-on for a 60-minute massage vs 2 add-ons for 90-minute massage.

Alert when closing screens without saving
When editing client or product details, there is no warning if you close the popover without saving your changes. The system knows there is a change because it highlights the "save" button, so it should be able to alert me if I didn't click the save button before leaving.
It isn't often, but I occasionally leave the screen thinking I saved the changes and they are all gone forever.

Schedule alert visiblity
Schedule alert visibility on charts without being visible once chart is submitted. This can decrease errors related to charting, medication, services, etc.

Booking Widget
Hi, the online booking widget should just start with the options:
"Book,"
"Shop,"
"Memberships,"
"Gift Card,"instead of:
"Individual Appointment,"
"Packages,"
"Memberships,"
"Gift Card."Packages should be a subcategory after Shop. Since the change, I now have single treatments under packages and if I separate them it will be hard to nagivate and find what you want.
Or give the option of customizing the flow.

Patient identifier on printed treatment records.
When patient treatment records are printed, there is no patient identifier on each page. This is crucial for us and would be extremely useful.

No Show reports
Printing anything on is so hard. Please make it easier to print any no show list. Cancellation list or even service pricing. Printing is so difficult here!!!!!

We would like the ability to utilize an email from a custom domain for email communications other than the "@marketing.blvd.me" domain.

Shorten appointments after checked out
Allowing users to shorten their appointment after it is checked out to open up their books for new online booking (ie. a 3 hour appt that only took them 2 hours)

I need to be able to assign an offer code to certain individuals who do not have memberships. These would include VIPS per Owner, certain Friends & Family, etc.

Add an option to filter clients by Membership status
It would be great to be able to go to the Client tab and choose Member under the "add filter" section. This would help us filter through more efficiently and keep up with membership status, unused vouchers, communications, etc...

Record reason for voiding a voucher
Require a reason to be entered when voiding a voucher on a client profile. These should be reportable too.
