Repeating Appointment Functionality
Repeating appointments and/or blocks need more functionality. For example, if you repeat an appointment once a month the system chooses the same date each month, which ends up choosing days we aren't even open. I am having to go edit every single repeating appointment to be spaced 4 weeks apart. We need option for Quarterly booking, and spacing a certain number of weeks apart, and/or being able to choose the day of the week. There is so much time wasted having to edit and re-edit and re-edit blocks & appointments. It's very frustrating!

Enable Multi-Provider Service Splitting for Single Guest Appointments
We’d love to see Boulevard support splitting a single service across two providers, either simultaneously or in a staggered sequence.
Example Use Case:
• Service: Leave Out Sew-In (total duration: 4 hrs)
• Stylist #1 (First 2 hrs): Performs wash, treatment, blowout, and foundation braids
• Stylist #2 (Final 2 hrs): Installs extensions and finishes stylingThis setup allows us to maximize team efficiency, keep bookings accurate, and provide a seamless experience for the guest — but currently, Boulevard only allows one provider per service.

Resource Calendar toggle
We would like an option to toggle the calendar view for resources. Currently, if no resources are selected in the Calendar view and you select an applicable service - a resource is then added back to the calendar view.
We would like a toggle to keep resources unselected.

membership agreement copy to client
When a new member joins, and they are prompted to sign their membership agreement, which SHOULD be a signature, not just an "I agree" button. The client should automatically be emailed a copy of the contract they just signed.

Ability to purchase a gift card that has vouchers attached to it
Instead of giving a gift card for a dollar amount clients can purchase a gift card that is tied to vouchers/ specific treatments.

please include the clients name when they have a service that has a finish time... so single process - 30m and then process 30m and then back in chair for finish 30m... the finish slot is just color block - not their name - NOT GOOD ... thx

Unlinking New Patients Discounts and Referred By Patients Credits
Rather than always giving new patients something for being referred, the referrer should get their credit separately without having to give something to new patients. That might not effectively work if you're not always doing a campaign for new patients to always give them 15% off all the time. They should be allowed to be turned on and off individually instead of being on together

automate new appointment information - we have auto confirmation texts why not simplify the process for us and them. if they call, we should gather first name, last name, phone number. select the time and day they have their appointment and then let them know the appointment is pending on the schedule until they "click the link (that this idea would create lol)" and fill out their credit card information - once that information is filled in the appointment would be officially set - and then theyd get the confirmation text 24 hours ahead as well. its a lot of…

Same Time / Simultaneous Services on the same appointment
We would ultimately like the option or a setting to require services on an appointment to start at the same time.
Our business has services we offer, and we have additional services we would like clients to be able to book / add that would happen at the same time. We currently utilize Service modifiers for this, however modifiers aren't tracked in reporting. Additionally, if a client has a voucher for the service the modifier was added to - it will set the service cost to $0. This results in our needing to add a retail product to the sale…

Include a "Charge Fee" option integrated into the membership pause window
We charge a monthly fee to pause a membership at our spa. It would be amazing if a "charge fee" option popped up in the pause membership window - just like a "charge fee" option pops up if a client late cancels or no-shows. That way the client is charged a monthly "freeze fee" during the paused months and regular membership payments can resume when the pause period ends.

We charge a monthly fee for pausing a membership at our spa. It would be amazing if this feature could be built into the membership pause option. Just like when a client late cancels or no-shows the option for "charge fee" pops up - If we could simply click "charge fee" in the pause membership window it would be so much more automated. The member would basically be paying a membership freeze fee every month in place of their regular membership payments, and then when the pause period ends, regular membership payments should resume.
