  2. Under patient profiles as well as at checkout with any previously purchased products show the providers name who sold the product the previous time.

    Also under suggested products show the provider who suggested the product to the patient, so we know who to give commission credit to.

  4. We have to use external platform as a funnel for gathering new clients by offering an incentive for joining our newsletter from our website. Currently BLVD only takes in new clients if they book a treatment/service. Is there a way to gather more marketing funnels.

  7. We love that there is a gallery in the client profile, but have years of photos on another program. The company is able to make an export but BLVD is currently not set up for bulk photo transfers. I can understand the concern, however doing this manually will take months and creates more room for mistakes to be made.

  8. I upgraded my plan despite my onboarding/sales rep advising against it, yet I’m still using 4x the allotted messages for just a two-person salon. I can’t even imagine what larger salons are paying in texting fees. Considering I already pay for a phone number with unlimited texting through my carrier, it’s frustrating that Boulevard’s messaging is so restrictive for the price. If this doesn’t change, I will not be renewing next year. I am already paying so much monthly!

  9. I’d like to request an enhancement to the Privilege Groups settings regarding access to summary reports. Currently, there is an option to hide commission reports, but there is no way to restrict access to other specific reports under the Summaries tab.

    For example, I’d like my front desk staff to have access to the Inventory Summary and Daily Schedule reports but not to financial reports or other sensitive data. However, as it stands, allowing access to summaries gives them visibility into all reports rather than just the ones relevant to their role.

    Would it be possible to implement a feature…

  10. We offer facial/laser and lash services. We have rooms and lash beds. Lashes can be done in rooms and on the beds but id like to be able to prioritize the resource lash beds be booked first for lashes over a room since facials can't be done on the lash beds and it prevent online booking sometimes since the system randomly chooses rooms first for lashes instead of the lash beds.
    I want lashes to still be able to be booked in rooms if the lash beds are full so I don't want to take away the option to book…

  11. Integrate with Sylton's Observe 520 for the IQ system that Alma uses. Since you are moving more into the medical side, many of your clients will be working with Alma Lasers and have IQ systems. If you had an integration that could far more easily integrate the IQ pictures straight into the patient's gallery in Boulevard, that would be amazing.

    • Forms should be able to be copied and turned into a chart and vs versa so you don't have to start from scratch if you want to change it!
    • Also on both forms and charts, common fields should be automatically populated! Fields that should come up automatically include patient name, date of birth, today's date. It's a hassle to fill these out each time! Even the provider's name should come up.
    • When the patient fills out the form with their personal information, it should update their profile (with birthday, allergies, etc.)

  13. We would like a report that can show Clients pronouns if entered. Or a Pronouns column in the existing "Client Records" report. We would also like the ability to filter by Pronouns in the Clients tab.

    This way, we can market and create audiences based on gender.
