Option to download/email Beta Reports as PDF
When I send to my team a PDF is easier to print. We also don't use any programs with excel or csv capabilities.

Clients that profiles are connected to a online booking profile should have THAT particular email address highlighted
Or marked so that staff know when merging or changing things to retain THAT email address rather than others.
Right now we are using logic to determine which appt was booked by client self-booking and then determining which email address is part of the account used for that booking. But in many instances when merging clients we end up taking a gamble or asking the clients. If the email that is being used to actively book was specified to staff (perhaps also locked so we can't change it since it has actually been verified), then we would avoid some errors…

Retail product waitlist for items not in stock
When a client requests a product and it is not in stock, we would like a way to add them to a waitlist and alert the client this item is now available. Additionally, we would like our staff to be alerted when the product has arrived so we can directly contact those clients waiting.

Names of services for different locations having the same backend service name but having a custom client facing name
For instance Cut ($60+) at one location and Cut ($50+) still both being the same service for management purposes. Having this custom location level text for descriptions or names really would help in making businesses aligned on the database side while keeping transparent with clients. Right now we do ($60+) for all locations despite some locations starting at higher or lower amounts.

The business would prefer to have the option to view double booked appointments overlapped, versus staggered.

Customize manage location tab
allow each option within the manage location tab to be a seperate privlege group

Trigger purchase order to be created and sent to supplier at certain amount of products
A trigger for purchase orders to be created and sent to suppliers when the quantity of that product falls below the desired quantity threshold

Report- Client Info Report
We would like a report with the % of what data we have collected. Including Credit Card on FIle/Expiration Date/CVC Code. This way we can be intentional on who's information we have and who we still need to collect.

Merges Need Fixed
Merging clients doesn't properly carry over information about previous floats, and potentially risks losing previous purchases (i.e. gift cards, float packages, etc.)
I've run into this a few times, and it has created more issues than it has solved to merge clients.

Stylist Editing Options
We would like remove the option for our stylists to edit their own appointments (cancel, reschedule, etc.) but allow them to still be able to edit client notes. Client notes are where our stylists input their formulas and any other important client info from their appointment. It would be helpful if there were more options of what could be turned on and off for each privilege group, rather than so many options grouped together!

Ability to print client's gift card balance
Ability to print a client's remaining balance of their gift card to give to them upon checkout when redeeming a GC.
