  9. We are having clients add notes to their appointments when booking. For example, "Can I gift this to a friend?" or "I would like to add something else onto this appointment", etc. It would be great if a notification or icon appeared next to clients who fill this field out online since it is an option online.

  10. Would be great if some of the scaling on web-dashboard were corrected so views on tablets could work better for checkout and booking. Then there would be no reason to not bring a whole computer out to a potentially bad environment for computer and keyboard usage. Specifically there are issues when booking and checkout that move the buttons out of view and then scaling issues occur that prevent proper usage.

  19. Clients often purchase a gift card to cover a specific service (massage) plus tax so it would be great to be able to leave a note that identifies the intention of the gift card so the front desk knows when that client is checking out.

  20. Currently if a client is trying to book two services, and only one is available, the system will show that nothing is available.

    This account is asking for times to still show for the one service that is available to help still capture revenue for that one service.
